It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Parking is ridiculous. Hotel guests should have free ample parking, not be charged $36 a night and fight every other person from St. Louis who’s also trying to park.

That the stuff we wanted to see was within walking distance. We loved the view from our room, you could see the Gateway Arch and the Riverboats on the Mississippi River. The Staff was very Friendly and Nice. We able to keep are stuff stored at hotel until 4pm and our car in valet parking too. We able to go explore more before we headed out.
The room was small The room was not fully cleaned; the lights, vents, fire alarm(red light so wasn’t sure it was working),the chair had stains. The bed felt like sleeping on a board and pillows were uncomfortable. There were hardly any plug-ins and only 2 usb ports by the bed. The mini fridge didn’t get cold enough to put food in it. The remote control for tv was slow and took time to change channels. No bath mat to put on the floor when using the shower, I had to use a towel but the floor is slippery when wet. There was no mention of a Breakfast buffet, so we went to Starbucks. I noticed the Breakfast buffet after we went to Starbucks. The Sports Bar closed at 11pm. We didn’t get back to hotel until after 11pm and it was closing.

The beds were very comfortable, I was able to check in earlier than 4:00pm which was great. The valet parking was quick and the valet attendant was very courteous and helpful. The Brewhouse Restaurant food was great and our waitress was very attentive.
When I booked this hotel on Booking.com it listed an indoor pool as an amenity, which was a deciding factor in my stay traveling with 2 children. However, when I asked at the front desk how to get to the pool I was told they had taken the pool out and replaced it with a conference room. This did not make for happy kids who were expecting to swim. Additionally, the Starbucks in the lobby does not accept mobile orders and the line was very long and slow. I ended up placing a mobile order at the Hilton a few blocks away and walking to get breakfast for my family.

Arrived at the hotel late afternoon while the reception was quiet. I had booked a double room and was offered an upgrade at check in, paid an extra $25 and was very pleased to be given a huge room on the top floor of the hotel with an amazing view of the "Arch". Room was well appointed, large flat screen TV, coffee facilities, huge comfortable bed, bathroom with tub and shower plus good quality toiletries. There was a choice of two dining options in the hotel (+room service), casual in the bar or a full service restaurant, we opted for the latter and enjoyed a really good dinner. Service in the restaurant was friendly and professional the menu was varied and complimented by a good wine list. We had booked without breakfast so used the Starbucks located in the lobby for coffee and croissants, check out was at 11am. Valet parking was available at a reasonable rate and they got the car quickly to us when we were ready to leave. The location of the hotel is directly next to the arch, Mississippi River and the Gateway Arch National Park.

This is a big city hotel right across from the Gateway Arch, so the location is perfect if you are here to visit the arch. Room was great, parking is extra but easy, and breakfast is not included but there are two nice restaurants on site. We upgraded to a room with a new of the arch which was lovely....even if the view doesn't show it all.
They asked us if we'd like to pay $10 more for a room with a view of the arch. I'd say most of the rooms have this bit that juts out so you can see most of the arch, so in a way this is a bit of a trick. We couldn't see the full fireworks show because of this. (see photo) Still it's worth the $10. But, there are rooms with a full arch view and I wonder what it takes to get one of those????

Close to the arch. 4th of July fireworks show.
The cost of parking offset any kind of deal I felt that I got. It was also very busy and almost impossible to get up to where I could get a valet. I had to use the valet service because the parking garage was clogged with people mistakenly pulling in thinking it was public parking and then not being able to back out. Management should’ve been allowing those people to enter through the ramp so they could exit the ramp and get out of the way for hotel guests. It was an easy fix but I guess nobody took charge and figured it out for the 45 minutes I was stuck behind cars trying to use the ramp.

Front desk staff was wonderful at check in. She was friendly, smiling, nice, informative and very helpful. The room was more than what I expected. Beautiful view.
The elevator to parking garage was very hot and dirty. The homeless and drug addicts being out on the sidewalk and around the arch and hotel was disturbing. Also being present outside on the sidewalk after the ballgame made me very uncomfortable. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and I wish the booth cushions were more clean, a lot of dirty spots on them and needs replaced or thoroughly cleaned.

The view! In one direction I could see the Arch in the other direction the Courthouse. I also loved the bay window. I sat in there in the evening and morning looking at the view and reading. Clean rooms Large rooms Comfortable beds Close to the Arch and other attractions in St. Louis Easy access to my car in the garage if I needed to get anything out of it.
Parking... I think that parking should be included in the price of the hotel. You do have the option of self-parking and valet, but it still costs extra to park per day. No pool Breakfast not included

The comfort of the bed is amazing! And loved the view of The Arch Room was clean and stocked
I’m a Hyatt member and was not greater as so. I asked about the bag given to members. Wanted to self park and was told I could only valet without getting to see if open parking was available for self park. Had to speak to a manager and she wasn’t helpful. Needed up talking to parking management. And finally got sled parking. Several spots available and I had handicap parking with I did not utilize. Over heard another employee telling the people they were checking in that they could park across the street but they would not be able to leave in and out as they would be if they parked at the hotel. I wasn’t given that option

It was well situated in the downtown area with many attractions close by. The first room we were given was very hot and before we could even call the front desk to ask about the air conditioning, maintenance showed up to fix it. Without issue, they moved us to another room. It was all very hassle-free. The Starbucks on property was perfect and the restaurant has good good and drinks. We had a great stay.
The garage can be a bit tight and busy but we always found parking. It does get to be a bit of a game of Tetris, thought.
