Everything was fantastic! The staff were AMAZING! Very friendly & helpful. We arrived very earlier & were planning just to park while enjoying the sights. I went in to check on a parking pass & was blown away when they offered an early check in because they had a room ready. I was not expecting that. We were very grateful! The hotel it’s self was very clean, so was our room. We had a king suite & neither room was crowded. Very spacious compared to other suites we have stayed in. The hotel grounds were very well maintained. There was a lot of outdoor sitting space with a lot of seating options. The lobby had a great layout with many seating options as well. This a a large hotel but never once did it feel crowded. The mini market they had was a plus. Of course there was an up charge on items but that is to be expected at any hotel, but nothing over the top. I gladly paid extra for snacks & drinks because it sure beats leaving to find a convenience store. The bistro was great! although we didn’t order any food I did take advantage of the Starbucks they served there. It’s not a full menu but it served its purpose. Actually seemed that the prices were cheaper than at a stand alone Starbucks. This hotel is close to downtown. It is within walking distance to union station, about 10 minutes, an Uber ride less than $10. we did both. Overall it was a great stay!

The front desk lady just took ID card and payment method gave me the key and never said and thing else! No where the elevator which we found but it was the one on the opposite side of the hotel and was not informed about breakfast in the morning! But I just figured since the hotel was full this past weekend she was tired and over worked! So we'll give a B-

Location was great, quick Uber to anywhere we needed to go. Easily accessible from the highway. Staff was super nice, we were able to check in early at noon which is the earliest I’ve ever gotten into a hotel and we really appreciated it. There’s a Starbucks right in the main lobby that also serves breakfast(at a cost but still nice).

It was a great location for major attractions like union station, the ballpark, and the Arch. The food was really close by and the staff had wonderful suggestions. Shout out to Neely for helping me get my schoolwork completed. He was a true lifesaver.

Beds were comfortable and shower had good pressure. Our room didn't have a small patio to sit on. It was one of the few that didn't. It was very quiet so overall a good stay

I know things have changed but still alot of places offer a free continental breakfast with coffee and at least the basics for food. This would have been a nice addition

I loved the staff at the front desk were super helpful and friendly and the house keeping staff was helpful and friendly.

The maintenance staff could have been friendlier the hall ways could have been cooler so the a.c. in our room didn't have to work so hard to cool our room

Overall room was by far the best I've booked. Especially love the sliding doors that led to a sitting area. I'm a night owl so I took advantage of the peaceful late night sitting outside. Concierge was excellent and swift with check in. I booked two rooms and both were pristine. Greatly enjoyed our stay.
