Conveniently placed to everywhere we were going. Keisha I think was her name and Dave were excellent. Vallet was super helpful. And breakfast was okay

When asked for rooms to be freshened up. Only clean towels were brought, no bed linens, trash not taken out, and bathroom supplies not refilled. Also there is no free parking like the website says.

I loved the fact that the room had hardwood floor. I liked the walk in shower. In the lobby they had a pool table, computers, and lots of relaxing sitting.

They did not have any snacks or drinks to purchase on site.

All the staff seemed very friendly and the lady on the front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast was a little bit of a let down; No fresh fruit over the three days I was there; I did ask, but he seemed very vague as to why I was asking.

The room was huge, clean and the building was beautifully renovated. We walked to a Cardinals game and checked out the sights after. Street parking is free after 7pm. Hilton always offers a great complimentary breakfast, and this place did not disappoint. Would stay again!!

Staff was very friendly, good selection at Breakfast, reasonable walking distance to the Gate Way arch and other surrounding activities

Downtown St. Louis seemed a little deserted. Many businesses boarded up and not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. We were a little concerned with walking downtown.

It was close to the venue. Valet parking. Free breakfast.

Shower stall was small. They are not used to being full. Breakfast was sparse.

Great breakfast. Nice location - very convenient to walking around downtown.

The hotel charged me for a room that I had already paid for in advance. Only through much work on my part was I able to put in place the process to reimburse me.

It was a good size room, comfortable bed and friendly staff

Parking on the street and updating parking every 2 hours, breakfast was not good, always out of biscuits and pancakes were not good.

Parking!Terrible. Had to park on the street and there were no open spots nearby. Had to wade through snow to get back to hotel with our bags.
