Red Roof Inn PLUS Chicago - Hoffman Estates

It would have been quiet except that they were power washing when we arrived in the afternoon. First hotel I’ve ever been in where they have a cooler of frozen meals you can microwave. We didn’t do that We are at the Assembly American Bar and Grill Nextdoor that was outstanding. Very comfortable bed. Front desk also called us on the hotel phone to welcome us and make sure we were happy with our room—another nice touch. Nice grassy area for dog

Staff is amazing. Room is good. Very accommodating and sweet staff and management.

Sometimes guests are rude but definitely not hotels issue. The hotel takes care of any problems that occur fast and fairly.

From the moment we arrived the staff showed us our room and accommodated every detail from beginning to end. The staff went above and beyond to meet our busy schedule. We were very grateful

We worried over the outside roof over the drive was damaged and gave a look of not cared for. Though the staff affirmed our concern- they assured us of the facility being well taken care of

Super affordable and we were on a first floor so thankfully not a lot of walking~

There were a couple cleanliness issues. One of the beds had a stain on the fitted sheet so we were happy it was two double beds since we just slept on the clean one. There were quite a few cobwebs on the ceiling and the window had very visible stains on the inside. But it was 49 bucks per night so I'll take what I can get haha~

Clean they was in time when I needed toilet and towels I appreciate that.

Right in waiting on my deposit they told me they was gonna send to me back to my bank account.

I am very familiar with this brand and knew what to expect. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The property is quiet and I got a good nights sleep.

We all like new and shinny. This is an older property so when booking this shouldn't be the expectation. All of my good ratings are only because of this. I will be staying there again in the near future.

Since the first room I had had bugs and a roach in it, the front desk apologized and gave me an upgraded room. The location was perfect, considering that my job is not too far from it. This was one of the most nicest Inn plus I have been for the first time, and the premium room was one of the more spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend it, especially for the premium rooms. Highly coming back again!

That I was told one fee for the upgrade then it changed when I went to pay for it..

So far, one of the best red roof inn+ out there that I liked. The front desk is friendly, especially when I had to check out a little bit later, due to my appointments at work being back to back. They were very understanding. Would recommend this inn to anyone!
