Great location, easy to get around and many nearby restaurants and close to the tollroad.

Rooms could use a little update. The furniture was worn. The doors were stiff to close. There really needs to be more staff. The wait times to ask simple questions was very long. The quotes price on booking.com was not what I was charged. I am still hoping that gets resolved. This is truly the first property I have ever had that problem.

I don’t think breakfast was included. No one said anything, although there seemed to be a buffet this morning when we left.

I thought checkout was 11am, but apparently it was noon (according to the rest of our party who also stayed there). It was the one night away from kids that we could sleep in. Housekeeping woke us at 9am. Pretty frustrating. But that was our only complaint.

The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean, too. It was well-stocked with towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The tub shower was roomy. The shower was high on the wall which is a good thing for someone tall like me.

The thermostat in the room didn't work well. Half the LCD display screen was damaged. The room barely got cool enough to sleep despite pushing the temp down button multiple times.

Staff was super nice and friendly. Room was clean and perfect for our one night stay. IT was very quiet and comfortable.

anyone coming from AEW will find this is possibly the perfect hotel. 5 minutes away from the now arena, but not too far from downtown chicago. Anyone hoping to have an easily accessibly hotel with a great options of food, entertainment and everything else touristy will find this area pretty much can’t be beat.

the conjoining rooms were a problem at first, however the attendant at the front desk was so kind and did everything he could to get the other half of our group to stay in the conjoined room. my one complaint turned into my favorite feature of the hotel!

Breakfast was OK. A little pricey. Staff at front desk and the breakfast area were very nice.

Didn't have free continental breakfast. The pool had flies in it.

We came in late to town and found this property for a very affordable and comparable price. It superseded my expectations. Staff was super friendly. Would stay again, and highly recommend.

Was surprised that they charged for breakfast. Joined Hilton Honors and it was fine, I think. Haven't seen a bill yet.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Plenty of luggage carts.

I wish breakfast was included but the facility was really quite nice.

Location was very good for the activities we had planned.

The toilet in one of the rooms, room 204, had flushing issues and the flap valve would not seal without being adjusted by hand. We did tell the staff about it at checkout.

There was a funny smell just in elevator that resembled the odor of bus fumes??
