Property was well maintained and clean. Room was nice and had everything that I needed.

The only negative that I can think of was an issue between Booking.com and their system. They tried to charge me for the room even though I had prepaid through Booking. They had an issue with putting it into the their system that I had paid already especially when it came time to pay for the incidentals fee.

Breakfast was very good. Worker were always out looking to see if they needed to replenish food or not.

Seemed like room keeping doesn't clean the rooms. When we got into our room, there were fingernail clippings in the carpet, on the side of the bed there was food from last guest that said in that room, and there was some sticky substance all over the carpet. Just needs to be cleaned a lot better.

This Hampton Inn is in a good location. It’s far enough away from a loud area, but close enough to food and shopping. The staff was friendly. The rooms are nice and spacious. The mattresses is a little on the firmer side, but that’s not an issue for me. Breakfast had lots of choices and I love the rotating flavors of the waffle mix.

Our bathroom floor wasn’t swept. There was hair and dirt on it.

my family and I enjoyed the breakfast and it’s many options. The pool was nice and I liked that it was warm in there compared to other places I’ve been to. The staff were nice and polite and friendly. The beds were comfy and clean!

The bathroom we had, had a tub. The floor was horribly stained, and not attractive. The tubs faucet worked but the knob was a little out of place.

Overall it was a nice place for a my sons 15th birthday request. The pool is on the smaller size and I didn’t realize they did not have a whirlpool. But this would be a hotel to add to my list of places to stay if the price is right.

When I arrived at 3:30pm all my rooms weren’t together they had us on separate floors 😔🤦🏽‍♀️So she put us on the same floor but the rooms weren’t ready so I had to wait an hour or so for the last 2 rooms as I booked 3.

I liked the open pool hours and the whirlpool room. The cut sausages at breakfast were good also.

I didn’t love the pillows and thought they were too much on the soft side. Although we liked the access to the pool which was the main reason for our stay, some of the paint in the pool was chipping off. Also, the hot breakfast was lackluster. Fresh fruit and stocked hot chocolate would have been nice.

Bed was very comfortable and linens were plush. Hot breakfast was nice.

Pre made omelette s are better than scrambled eggs (no taste). Some hotels have a gluten free bread available upon request.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They picked up our garbage and brought more toilet paper when we made a request. The room was clean. We liked the suite with a room with two queen beds and another room with a pullout sofa bed, frig, TV, and table and chairs.

The staff forgot to put tissue in the tissue holder. When we opened the closet to hang a few items up, we noticed that the combo shelf and hanging rod were installed backwards making it difficult to hang items. We were in room 111. The toilet seat was also very loose. It needs to be tightened.

Everything. Hot breakfast a surprising nice touch. Small issue with keys not working (issues with system) Front desk manager and housekeeping staff took care of with no issues.

Not a fan of first floor rooms due to noisy traffic of people running in hallways. Wasn't offered a choice like at other properties

The room was clean and the best were very comfortable! Close to the highway and near proximity to restaurants.

Breakfast was not well tended to. the grout in our bathroom floor was practically gone, leaving some sharp corner tiles exposed if walked barefoot.
