I liked the condition of the room and the resources provided. The bed was comfortable, the TV had the right channels to watch, and the bathroom was to the liking of my partner and I.

I did not like that even though the TV had Netflix, I was required to put in my account in order to use the service. I would have appreciated accessible drinking water in the hotel instead of getting water bottles from the nearby gas station.

The location was great! The gentleman who greeted me and checked me in was TOP NOTCH! He also recommended the restaurant across the street (The Assembly) for dinner and it was delicious! My room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Easy check in & check out.

The elevator was not working when I arrived. The included breakfast was a joke. All I had was a cup of coffee. No one was behind the desk upon checkout and when I dialed 0, the woman was NOT HELPFUL & NOT KIND! I asked for help with directions and she told me to Google it and that there were brochures in the doorway for me to use! I left ANGRY because she was not helpful at all, and basically rude and made me feel as if I was interrupting her and bothering her.

when I found a hole in the bathroom door that was painted over as if it was acceptable to patrons and not informed that it was there (or any other issues I find in rooms)

The property is a bit old but affordable and clean. The reason we are giving it a high rating is because of Pedro, the guy at the front desk. He is very accommodating and friendly. Thank you so much!

Breakfast is okay. The location is excellent, right next to I-90

Room is clean but the shower pressure could be better.

The place was clean and the staff was nice. Good coffee in the lobby.

There was some kind of plastic cover on the matress, under the sheets that made a loud noise when turning in bed.

Actually i didn't eat breakfast, though it looked satisfactory.

The refrigerator in the room did not work.

Didn't have breakfast; it was nice and quite and close to where I needed to be.

Not a fan of the distinct smell that seems to be associated with every comfort inn.

We enjoyed the cleanliness, the accommodating staff, peace and quiet.

No cold water available. No issues. Just really hot showers. Also no hot breakfast due COVID.

Was good overall, however; it will be nice to have some fruit.
