liked room layout clean quiet fairly comfortable close to church, restaurants and shopping. front desk staff were friendly and courteous

didn't care for 50 deposit or safe fee but they were reimbursed. Needed facial tissue and microwaveable cups in the room. Had ground floor room so LACK of elevator did not affect us

good location and awesome staff particularly the night desk, clerk, who was a female, super super cool, and the daytime desk clerk that checked me in also a female also very very cool

One of the ladies at the front desk. Sorry Idk her name. She is African American, where's fake long eye lashes & was rude on 3 separate occasions. The other girl with the piercing, who checked me in was super sweet. I booked a double deluxe which I thought was a nicer room. So for $70 more dollars I paid for extra floor space is all my the air and heat unit. Never do that again. So it's quite expensive lately to stay there!! But it was my favorite hotel. I'm gonna keep trying and if I don't get treated better I will go to Holiday Inn. Thank you, Traci

Clean room, clean showers, clean linens on bed. The motel in general was clean and nice. I love Red Roof in and have always stayed at Red Roof INNs.

I didn't like the people outside the motel , specifically outside room 210, partying loudly at 1130 at night. They were blaring music very loudly and raising cane very loudly waking me up in the middle of the night. They left in two cars after 10 minutes or so. 201 was my room. There was also an argument in the front lobby when I checked in. A male was arguing with two females about the females not wearing masks. The argument went on the whole time I was in the lobby checking in.

The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate my needs as much as potential.

The lock was messed up and I had to re.key my room every time yo enter.

Was there breakfast? The price was right. The location was good. Happily, there was a Dunkin Donuts very close!

The parking lot was a little torn up close to our room but there were plenty of other parking spaces available. The lock on the door stuck, but was operational.

Didn’t have breakfast, the location was good as we were driving home to mn from nc and we only needed a place to sleep. For the price and location I will stop again.

The room did smell of cigarette smoke, not a deal breaker but you do claim to have a smoke free environment
