Nice to have a hot breakfast again after the COVID closures.
WiFi was only 3 mbps. when I turned WiFi off, my phone got 128 mbps through LTE. In this day, that is unacceptable. what makes it worse, they have the option to pay, to make it faster. This is nickel and dime tactics that is not worthy of a Hilton property. Additionally, they have “diamond” parking designated in several spots. Again, nickel and dime type strategy that turns this guest off! Those spots are usually empty, so the parking lot shrinks. Make parking equitable and reward long-time members in other ways!

I liked swimming in the pool and good coffee
There was the maintenance guy cleaning the pool/hot tub he did a half ass job!! The hot tub had dirt inside all through the time I was staying there nobody bothered to stick the pool towels ANNNDD there was throw up in the pool bathroom HOW did this maintenance guy not be able to clean this?? Very gross! Also my breakfast was cold!

We choose this hotel over the others in the area because it had a pool for the kids. Yes it has a pool but it's in serious need of repair. Tiles are falling off the pool deck, and pool wasn't clean. My daughter got scratched trying to get in and out because the pool deck has broken tiles around the lip of the pool. Hot tub had alot of sand in it

Didn't realize that rooms did not have microwave ovens. Also didn't realize that we had to join Hilton Honors to get Wifi access. Pool was not clean, the water was murky. Clothing hanger on wall next to bed in room 327 is falling off the wall.

Location, room, staff and breakfast were great. We always like the accomodations.
The price. My brother and his wife stayed 2 doors away at another hotel. They paid $85 a night VS $150 for Hampton. And they said it was clean, firendly and had brekfast. We will stay there next time. Your pirces are too high.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was great and staff was very professional and respectful.
When we arrived (9:30pm) we decided to go to the hot tub. Unfortunately, the tub had particles floating around in it and looked to be sand on the bottom. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. We decided to pass :-(

Restaurants are open again but the Continental breakfast is still not available. This does not make any sense to me at all. Part of the room rate includes a Continental breakfast, yet all that is offered is a box with a small apple, 2 hard boiled eggs, and a day old bagel. Seems like rates should be adjusted since you are not offering all amenities listed for the property at this time.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The entire hotel is impeccably clean!
The breakfast is lacking and just not great. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. I really wish the rooms had a microwave.
