I flew from Tucson, Arizona to Chicago O'Hare for my mother's memorial and to visit lifelong friends. The location of the SureStay was excellent as I took the Van Galder bus to Rockford and the bus terminal was right across the street from the motel. My relatives ate a lot at the Thunder Bay Grill next door so that was a great asset as well. The staff of the SureStay all were fantastic especially Vee, the lady at the front desk; she was extremely kind and answered all my questions. All staff were great there at the front desk and the cleaning crew were also fantastic. You all get an A+ as I work in education. When I come back to Rockford, my hometown, next year, I am definitely coming back to the SureStay. The SureStay is in a great location, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, and offers great value prices.

The road noise is a little loud in front of the building so I asked to be moved into the back of the building and it was quiet and I loved it!!!!

Freshly renovated, clean room, standard cold breakfast with waffle maker, and when I got into our room I received a call from the front desk asking if we were happy with our room, and the price was right.😊

It’s an old structure so it’s expected to have deteriorating. they have done an amazing job renovating and making it a safer inviting place to stay . Yes the elevator is old and the outside walkway on upper levels are old and just need to watch your steps if you’re with walking disability such as myself.

Everything! The price was reasonable. Our room was very clean. The hotel was very close to many restaurants. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Price was solid, esp. Considering breakfast included make your own waffles, and other basics. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Easy on and off highway

You get what you pay for so my complaints are just observations. There was significant highway noise, as windows and doors were thin. I ended up sleeping with earplugs in.

The room was really nice, especially for the price. It was clean and modern.

Only complaint, and this is kind of ticky-tack, is that the exterior room doors where hard to open and close. If this is the worst thing, then it is a good place.

Comfortable bed, good wi-fi. Breakfast was modest but adequate and a nice way to save money. Good location, near the interstate and many amenities.

Nothing bothered me. Close location to interstate might disturb light sleepers, but didn't matter at all to me.

Beds are very comfortable,. Bathroom was clean and well stocked.

We didn't have a dirty clothes bag in our room, not really a big deal, I went down and asked and was given one right away.

picked back side. was quiet. 1st floor parked outside our room. good for in and out of unit.

refrigerator was on high but not getting cold. bed was good for me but not my wife.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue in our first room and she quickly changed our room. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to unload our luggage from our car right at the room.

A good bang for your buck. Super comfortable place, staff was nice and location was amazing.

Not much selection for breakfast, but other than that the stay was good.
