Everyone was so nice and professional. Especially the driver, Dennis. We were new to the town and didn’t have a ride. The plan was to go to downtown Chicago the next day. Dennis the employee who drove the shuttle gave us a little tour of Rockford. The best place to dine out and where to see of the town. He even showed us around the bus station so that we don’t get lost in the morning when we head to Chicago. Very informative and considerate. Also the receptionists the ladies were friendly and kind too. Even offered the ride back to the airport few days after when we came back from Chicago. The place is clean and neat. Everything is so close, the Casino, convenience store, Starbucks, decent restaurants!! Perfect place to stay!! Highly recommend!!!

Funny thing is I paid extra for breakfast yet when I went to my email to look at my receipt no such evidence of me paying extra for breakfast could be found and wouldn’t ya know it, I went to the front desk and they also showed no evidence of me paying for breakfast. The rate without breakfast was $97 for the night and $118 with breakfast. Thanks for having me pay $21 for nothing. I didn’t need it I guess.

Noisy people in hall during the night! Handicapped room…picture showed step in shower! My sister unable to step over the tub into the shower and NO shower chair! My sister is short and the bed was too high to get into comfortably! The only handicapped part of the room was a raised toilet and grab bars!

The property is strategically located, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and recreational places; there’s plenty of parking spots, and two very clean brand new elevators. The rooms are spacious, very clean, well lit, well equipped, so it’s the bathroom with pure white sheets and towels. The staff is nice, and pronto to respond to any issue that might arise.

We loved everything about this place.

Nice, clean, comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and short wait elevator times. Restaurant and Lounge was really convenient.Fitness /Pool areas were nice and clean. Keurig in room was a bonus instead of a little drip coffeemaker.

Only slight inconvenience was no nightstand on one side of bed. Maybe due to remodeling? We just moved the ottoman over there and all good.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable. The restaurants at the hotel were terrific and convenient. My family had a great visit and we will use them again!!

Trying to find the cable guide for the television. It was a bit confusing to look at the guide and then have to punch the numbers on the remote. Our family enjoyed our stay, and this issue was no big deal

I loved the size of the room! It fit everything I needed. I got married at Tebala and used the Holiday Inn as a place for my bridesmaids and I to get our hair and makeup done. It was perfect!

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. I couldn't figure out how to let the water drain as normal. I kept moving the plug knob but it didn't change the speed of the water draining. While showering, the tub filled up pretty far.

The best beds ever! The staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean. Access to our vehicle was amazing and they accommodated our pet with a smile. This is the best hotel that we’ve seen in our travels!

We couldn’t stay longer, we had to continue on our way.

The beds were very comfortable, my whole family slept well. The elevators were quick to arrive, the staff was helpful and friendly. The scoreboard bar was a great place to grab appetizers and drinks. It was also a great location in proximity to restaurants and attractions.

To go to the pool you had to wait for someone to unlock it and you couldn’t bring food or drinks besides water into the pool

Staff worked with re confusion with room assignments. Additionally they were understanding with an inadvertent late check out due to a funeral. Staff, all around, is exceptional

Rockford's additional taxes are hefty on an already pricey room. Stupid. But the lobby carpet on the 6th floor is new but it looks like a construction floor with spills on it. Doesn't lend for an inviting welcome.
