The hotel was fabulous!! Our room was beautiful and super clean. The 2 front desk clerks Latoya and Rachel were amazing!! They have the usual breakfast nothing fancy but it was really good and they always have fresh cookies in the lobby throughout the day. The pool area is nice and clean we really enjoyed relaxing in the pool. There are several restaurants near the hotel we highly recommend Smokey Bones but do not eat at the IHOP. The hotel is in a great location it's actually very quiet and it's just minutes away from just about everything you could want to see in Springfield and Walmart is only 4 miles away. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay!!

I only have one complaint which I really wouldn't consider it a complaint it's just personal preference. I have to sleep on a super soft bed because I have arthritis in my hips unfortunately our bed was very firm but not completely uncomfortable I was still able to get a good nights sleep

The amenities were fantastic. The General Manager was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable of things in the area for tourists to visit. The breakfast food was delicious and the pool was definitely a kids favorite.

It is hard to write two or three sentences to sum up what I didn't like. There's a reason that this particular facility has been a gold or platinum rated Comfort Suites facility for nearly a decade. There really isn't much we didn't like. If I had to hone in on one thing, it would be that the air conditioner in the room was TOO efficient to the point that one of my children said it was too cold.

breakfast ended early. should be to 10:00 at least !! needs low lights or to be able to dim lights . need night light in bathroom because those lights are super bright and very uncomfortable when using bathroom during night!! Desperately needs an exhaust fan in bathroom. NEVER have seen a bathroom without an exhaust fan or window.. what is with that?

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great price for a suite.

The beds are a little too firm for my personal preference. The air conditioner in my room didn't work the best. My family had another room and the air conditioning was great in their room. Overall,l the hotel could use some updating but everything was good for the most part.

How understanding the hotel staff was even though our booking through this service never showed up until I called and waiting 2 hours in the lobby with my family.

That booking.com didn't actually send my reservation to the hotel even tho I got confirmation, and we had to wait 2 hours before my family could.check in we sat in lobby and the poor birthday girl cried.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My suite was excellent. It was modern but cozy with all the amenities one could need. The hotel was also clean and seemed well kept.

My only complaint is I didnt find the bed to be comfortable. That could be just a personal preference. The mattress was very firm and my back didnt fair well.

The convenience it was 6 minutes from my family’s home. Not far from stores and activities.

The uncomfortable mattresses, the bird that lives above the side door that scares and flies into guest as they are entering and exiting the facility.

The pool was great for my two kiddos, even when it got a little crowded. The two-queen-bed room was great size and came with a sleeper couch.

The beds were way too firm, absolutely zero give to them. I woke up really sore.
