I loved the privacy and the bed was so comfortable. We had plans to do lots of outings during our stay but just ended up grabbing food and heading back to our private cozy suite and spent our 17th wedding anniversary snuggled up watching movies. We call Centuey Suites "OUR STORY BROOK" , because its like living in a small fairytale realm! Thank you for our escapation!

We have ZERO dislikes or disappointments. We HIGHLY recommend Century Suites "OUR STORY BROOK", To anyone and plan to return VERY soon.

This was by far the nicest hotel that we have stayed in with privacy and comfort for the whole family. The woman who checked us in was so nice and helpful and she was also there early the next morning when we checked out and was still so friendly. We did not have any issues and it was just the good nights sleep we needed halfway through a very long road trip. 10/10 we would come stay again.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. We were very pleased with our stay.

The actual 'room' itself was great. Very spacious. Fireplace and jacuzzi both worked great.

We were a bit confused by the restaraunt. Admittedly I didnt ask but I assumed it would (and could) be a bit more obvious. Didnt know if it even existed? There is an in room reference to one resturant, but online it says its an Indian resturant? But we didnt know if there even WAS an active resturant. Tvs were a bit small and the channel selection was confusing. Half the channels we tried said they werent activated so we ended up settling most of the time compared to what we were trying to watch. Also the reservation was confusing. I think with such limited rooms moee photos/specific reservations would be nice. We were happy with what we got but I definetly noticed rooms I would have been upset if we got. (The one where the front door is on the back and upstairs comes to mind)

It's was very roomy. Liked that it had a half bathroom in the bedroom area. And loved the huge bathtub. Breakfast was a grab and go with good selection. Staff was very friendly. Good location. Cute little place to stay. Will definitely be going back.

The matches for the fireplace wouldn't light so we could start the fireplace but that's okay. Others before us must of used them cause there were matches still in the fires places.

So it looks like there was a lot I didn't like but it was all minor stuff really. We really enjoyed our stay there. The houses are cute! The bed was comfortable, a little on the firm side. Over all the house was clean. Easy to get to. It's was like coming home after a long day. We would definitely come back.

Bathroom tile floor was cold in the mornings. I would suggest bringing house shoes. Shower heads need replaced or a good cleaning. Would have liked to use the jet tub but the jets looked dirty. I also know that is something hard to keep clean. The plug by the sink in the room didn't work. Told the front desk when we left. Couch was hard. Mini fridge freezer needs defrosted.

I always love staying here....this is my run away from home place. :)

Small problem with the new bed,mattress. People like me are already height challenged and so for the life of me could not get into the bed...I felt like the main character from the story of The Princess and the Pea as I finally had to pull the bench up to climb into the bed. Suggest maybe having a small footstool or step stool.

We needed a place to stay for a family funeral at last minute. We just needed a place to sleep and change for 2 nights. It was fine for that. Very clean. Son said sofa sleeper was Ok. Rooms nice size. Very clean , check in easy. They do have some basic items for breakfast which was nice . Coffee in the room.

it’s quiet… other than the trucks on the highway behind, nothing they property can do about that. cannot hear anyone on either side of you.

just a bit dated. smelled musty when we arrived… turned up the a/c which helped. clean!

Perfect location to visit paynetown without camping. Lovely cottage like feel rather than hotel feel. Large rooms, very comfortable.

Landscaping could use some TLC.

Breakfast was not your typical eggs and bacon breakfast, more continental style. Pastries, fruit, oatmeal and coffee; nice variety to choose from. Loved they had a 24 hour availability to snacks...

The beds could use a serious mattress upgrade, two long nights of restless sleep.
