Bottleworks Hotel

We loved the cleanliness, location and all the little extras! We are from indy and just wanted a quiet night away to ourselves in a really fun place . We enjoyed the garage food hall right across street and the large quiet space (our room) to catch up. We have 3 kiddos and this was a perfect getaway!

The price of course, but we plan on staying here only once a year.

Love the art and choice of colors black and especially the ref doors. Beautiful hotel the gentlemen who took our car back and forth was a very sweet man. Great employee to have

Even though it's dog friendly, many places smelt like dog pee. Sad because how beautiful and historical it is.

I liked everything. It is an absolutely gorgeous space with great attention to detail. The sheets were amazing, I am contemplating asking where I can buy them. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer and I definitely hope to go back for a longer stay in the future. The neighborhood was fun and had a lot to do within walking distance. The staff were friendly and attentive. I have paid a lot more for a lot less.

The only thing I "didn't like" is that I wish they had a pool or hot tub, which normally I don't care about but for this particular leg of our trip it would have been a welcomed addition. It was a minor detail that really is not needed.

EVERYTHING & EVERYONE! What a great property! From the moment we drove up a friendly Valet named Ricky offered to help with our bags and our car and explained all our parking options! We chose the hotel’s parking option it is extra but we felt it was worth it because street parking seemed fine but we wanted our car a bit more secure. Then the reception desk was so welcoming. Brandon ( hope that’s right) was so friendly and professional! Then there was our room . OMG GORGEOUS!! loved it . one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in …. EVER! (And we have traveled all over Europe and this was exceptional) Beautifully decorated in the coolest decor , super roomy , gorgeous bathroom and Clean Clean Clean! It was our Anniversary so they left us complimentary Prosecco and chocolates. so over the top and VERY appreciated❤️This morning the check out young lady ( sorry no name) was exceptionally sweet and efficient ! Retrieval of car was super easy via text and both Valets super helpful and professional! Lastly wanted to mention that we got an email prior to our visit asking if they could do anything to make our trip more special and we have never had a property reach out like that before! This place is EXCEPTIONAL!

The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was huge and there was a variety of amenities… large TV screen, in room coffee machine (Keurig), snacks & wine & drinks for sale, extra towels available in bathroom drawer, bathrobe and umbrella available for use! The public parking lot is across the street and only $15 for parking less than 24 hours.

I loved this hotel and how nostalgic it was.. It was the old bottling facility for Coca Cola .. the rooms are incredible and I loved being close to walkable restaurants. I will definitely recommend!!

Chic renovation of a beautiful historic property located in a trendy dining and entertainment district. The hotel also has onsite coffee, bar, and dining options. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was spotless, the cleaning staff kept the rooms and common areas gleaming.

Great location! Many attractions within walking distance. Breakfast at Blue Collar was great. Staff very helpful and eager to please.

Showers in handicap bathrooms have no way to capture water. Entire floor becomes a slip hazard after a shower. We asked for a wheelchair for my mom. Didn’t realize the distance to rooms was so far from elevator. Was told it was booked for the entire weekend. Ended up using desk chair to transport her. Was told wedding reception (right outside our room) was a hard stop at 9:30. Music was still going at 10:00. Venue tear down done after. Access was next to our room-banging door as they took everything inside.

I loved the convenient location, and the decor. I found the property to be absolutely breathtaking. From the curb to the hotel room itself was very inviting and exquisite in overall appeal. The staff was very personable and willing to assist me with any needs I had during my stay.

I absolutely hated the parking situation. The video streaming was terrible. I ordered two $20 movies that kept freezing throughout. I thought it was just the movie I was watching, but I happened both times. Also, the price paid for my pedicure and manicure was extremely over priced to be handled by inexperience nail techs. I was not happy with my nail service.

We cannot wait to come back! Staff made our stay extra special with a hand written note, champagne on ice, and a dessert for our anniversary. They also accommodated my request to check in early. The hotel/decor was gorgeous and we loved looking around and reading the history of the building. Some small details that did not go unnoticed; robes, real coffee mugs in the room, Bluetooth speaker, craft beer in the mini bar selection, photo booth
