I went on a business trip for the first time in Indianapolis and staying at the Hotel Indy made my experience so much better. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of wall sockets, cabinet space, mini fridge and a coffee machine. There was also a separate working table with chair that came in handy. There is a great rooftop bar, that is hopping in the evenings and a restaurant downstairs for breakfast lunch, dinner or a drink at the bar. But really what made these 6 days so enjoyable and hassle free was the staff at the hotel. They were welcoming, helpful and attentive to every detail that would make my stay a pleasant one. In particularly Samuel in the front desk who was an absolute professional from the first hello to the last farewell. Samuel assisted, recommended and was truly invested in creating a positive experience. Thank you. I will be back.

Really, can't think of anything the hotel could improve. As guest service perhaps I would offer to have several Taxi drivers connected with the hotel.

Stayed at Hotel Indy for an overnight stay to celebrate my fiancé birthday. This was our first time to Indianapolis and it was definitely a great time had! The service we received- from valet, front desk, housekeeping, security and staff on rooftop bar- was A+🙌💯 The decor throughout the hotel was very classy and our room was clean with plenty of room for two. The rooftop bar/lounge was off the hook Saturday night! Live DJ playing great music and drinks were delish and reasonably priced. We didn't have to pay the $44 for all day valet at the hotel because they felt bad we had to park on side street when all valet spots were filled, so we parked on street for free! We had a great experience here and would stay again!😁

All of the staff, from the desk clerk, valet, restaurant, to the house keeping were so friendly and wanted to help with anything they could. they went above and beyond. Best mattress I have slept on in a hotel in quite a while.

Parking. There are very few options for parking in that area of town, and valet is expensive. Although, the valet parking was very efficient, it was too pricey.

I loved the location, the politeness of the staff, and the security and privateness of the the hotel. Everyone was so pleasant from the security letting me in the door even after hours of the doors locking.

There was nothing that I did not like about my stay. Everything was absolutely wonderful. I look forward to staying here again. Even down to valet.

the hotel on the outside is not much to look at but when you get inside there’s a great vibe. super friendly helpful staff from the people at front desk, to valet to folks on the floors. hotel room was super cool decor- exactly what I hoped for. Shower was wonderful with a rain shower and wall faucet too. feel like they thought about the little things that matter- great night sleep - bed was super comfortable and the pillows amazing! we took a look at rooftop bar but did not stay. it was great vibe, disco ball, DJ. and good chill crowd. would definitely come back here.

Didn't have the breakfast because they were charging for it.

I didn't like the fact we couldn't park our own car and was made to Valut park then charged 45.00. I could have parked my own car for that price we were only there for one evening.

Staff was amazing! Super clean & comfortable with easy access to a ton of stuff! Would definitely stay again!

Nowhere to pull in to check in & ask about parking. And neither valet we dealt with knew how to drive a stick shift, which I drive

I liked everything for the most part. Feel like the Valet parking is a bit pointless and an extra step to stay there. Also very expensive.

The valet parking and price was too expensive. I got charged 310 for a day and night and then checking out another 323. Very overpriced for a total of 643

I don't like all the extra pending CHARGES on my account that are holding other than the other ones told.

close to everything! so clean and cool decor in the whole hotel. comfortable bed and pillows.
