First the location. Breakfast was OK but not great, The African American gentlemen who greeted us at the lobby is a huge asset to your hotel. He was most helpful as Booking.com screwed up the booking I just don't understand why they would call themselves Boioking.com when they cant even get that right. What they did was reverse my first and last name and so the hotel could not find our booking. This caused us a 30 minute delay in checking in. However the gentleman was tying hard as possible to fix the situation.

Just one thing. Please get better coffee in the rooms. The coffee there tasted like swamp water.

I was allowed to check in early. My suite was clean. It was a mini apartment. When you walk in look up at the tv in the sitting room/living room. There's a personalized message welcoming you to the suite. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was actually hot and delicious.

The people over me stomping on the floor which I'm aware isn't their fault. I think it must be a universal feature of all hotels that sometime during the night the air goes off. I went to sleep freezing. I woke up sweating and kicking off the covers.

Everything was very clean, nice rooms with all the necessities, location-so many places within walking distance, TV-I like that you can log in to Netflix or Amazon and have more to watch than a few cable stations.

Breakfast-or lack thereof. Saturday about 30 before posted ending time they were out of everything but cereal and a couple biscuits. Several people asking the kitchen workers about refilling and were told no.

Wonderful staff & facilities! The room was very nice, clean & updated. The view of the canal was nice. The location was great. Step right out onto the canal. Within a half mile of lots of restaurants and shopping. 5 min drive to the zoo. Lots of parking with in & out privileges.

The pool needs some work. And the breakfast was edible, but it's a typical free hotel breakfast, so it's not great.

It was very nice and clean! The TV even welcomed me! The bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of storage space and outlets! I was able to plug in all of my devices with extra plug-ins to spare! I can't comment on the wifi as I needed a secure connection so had to use my hot spot (which worked great). The price was very affordable and my view was nice (even though it was raining while I was there). The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly, even when I was panicking because I couldn't find my ID!

The elevator was super slow (by slow, I mean a 5 minute wait) and you have to pay to park (but that is expected for Indy)

We slept on the sofa bed. It was without a doubt the worse bed I ever slept on. The mattress and or springs felt like we were slipping into a hole. In addition it was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. We thought about sleeping on the floor!

I liked the location.

The building is old, kind of creepy in a sense. I was double charged at the property. I booked through booking however the hotel did not acknowledge . I ended up having another charge from the property as well as booking.com which is not cool

Convenience to downtown restaurants, the Capitol Building and offices. The room was immaculate and spacious. Great work space to work on e-mails, reports, etc. Bathroom was also very clean! Thanks

I did not realize that when I booked the hotel though Booking.com that you had to pay a separate $30/night parking facility charge. Had I know up front, I may have chosen another property to keep the price $ down.

Weekend breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A minor maintenance issue was corrected immediately by the maintenance tech.

Monday morning breakfast was weak. Bacon was greasy and limp.

Excellent location. Beautiful views. Clean/comfy room.

Considering the cost of the room was rather expensive, I didn't think it was fair to add $30/night for parking on top of that.
