the location was great near everything.

since there was a football game the hotels parking garage was a free for all. there was no room to park, you had to pay for vip parking. we had to find a garage a few blocks over. the hotel parking garage should be only for the hotel room guest as much as you pay for your room. I wasn’t paying an extra 50 bucks for parking.

We drove in from STL for a performance at the Eiteljorg museum , and walked directly across the street to it. As well as the canal walk too. Location was perfect for our intended visit. Few blocks away visited the state capital bldg & offices of Governor & Lt Gov.(we were so impressed by our welcome here & served coffee. Not sure this happens to all. All this close to monument circle Liked the shower too

Nothing all was good I forgot to mention to staff (as they were quite busy) maintenance needs to check on the bottom hinge of the glass shower door. I noticed it was coming loose…not a problem but repair before a problem We just spent $$$$ installing an new zero entry large glass shower

We came to Indianapolis for a weekend getaway and to go to a football game. We loved the location, we were able to walk to the zoo as well as Lucas Oil Stadium. The room was comfortable and quiet.

We were told when we checked in that self parking was free and we had our parking ticket validated. After we returned home I checked my credit card statement and found a separate charge to the hotel, I looked at the email receipt again and realized it was a 2 page receipt. Page 1 had the total of our room and Page 2 was a receipt for parking.

Staff was helpful and knew how to treat a customer. Front desk was exceptional. Hotel was very busy and they were cool, professional, and seemed happy to serve thier guests.

Food choices were a bit limited on site. Would have liked to treat my son to room service, which was not offered. At $200 per night plus tax and fees, parking charge of $35 was a little hard to take. With food, this made for a day in the range of $350. This keeps me from enjoying the property as often as I may like to.

Everyone was helpful and amazingly friendly check in was easy and great! Bed comfy and clean

The only complaint was that they don't have free parking so you have to pay for the garage but...there was a sports game the night of check in and they were all filled up so we HAD to use valet which is extra , we were told because of the inconvenience the fee would be waved but unfortunately it didn't .

the parking situation. we really didn’t get an explanation upon checking in on how it worked and ended up paying a few times to leave (50 bucks each time. but we were charged on our bill for parking also (35 bucks). the scanner didn’t not always work to let us out.

Location is great! Right across from the park where we had a race Sunday Morning. Didn't have to wait long for the elevators which we have had issues with at other locations.

I should have read the fine print about the parking. It cost $34 a night. My husband had breakfast at the bistro and felt it was overpriced and only received 3 ketchup packets when he requested ketchup for his $24 breakfast.

So close to TCU Amphitheater Quite hotel and nice dark room for sleeping!! 5⭐

We came for a concert and the hotel was literally right across the street from the venue!! Didn’t have to worry about getting stuck in all the traffic afterwards!!

I really wish the room had a microwave in it. Most places that I have stayed in before have them in the room! We took microwaveable snacks with us and ended up not being able to eat them because there wasn’t a microwave!! Very disappointing!!

I like the convenience of the location and being able to walk to Lucas Oil and prime sight seeing locations. The staff outside at the valet stand were very friendly and talkative.

When I booked through booking.com, it stated that breakfast was included with the cost of the hotel so I was expecting that and was surprised it was an order and pay situation
