We traveled from out of state for my husband‘s specialist appointment at the nearby hospital. Our college age daughter also accompanied us to check out the IUPUI campus. She opted to stay at the hotel while my husband and I went to the appointment. Concerned that the appointment may run later than expected we let the front desk know. They graciously offered to extend our checkout time which relieved anxiety about getting back. Ultimately we didn’t need to utilize the extended time but it was very much appreciated. Location, cleanliness, and comfort all exceeded our expectation!

Love the location! the staff was super friendly!! The room was pretty great too! only had a few slight annoyances. First, the bathroom door in our room (335) was improperly installed so it didn’t lock. Also, when you have a room built to sleep six people, it would be nice to have a door separating the bathroom sink/vanity from the rest of the room. If anyone needed to get up before the others to get ready, the whole room flooded with light and everyone was blinded and awakened. Also, not having a lid on the toilet just doesn’t make sense and is asking for a mishap, especially with children. Second, breakfast on the first day was really bad. even my husband (the human garbage disposal) had trouble eating it. the gravy had enough salt to kill a horse, and the coffee had grounds in it. The second day’s breakfast was much better, so maybe that first day was a fluke. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would gladly go back. Despite the design flaws of the room, it was clean, and very comfortably slept our whole family! We would definitely recommend!

Room design - no toilet lid, no door separating vanity from sleeping area, and bathroom door lock didn’t work. Otherwise, would be a perfect room! :)

The beds were comfy, breakfast was tasty, staff was friendly, the shower was very roomy, and the hotel was very clean. The view of the canal was a huge plus too!

I really disliked my children being woke up by the sounds of other rooms flushing the toilets. It actually scared them a few times the 1st night. Breakfast area is not very roomy, not a ton of seating for extra busy mornings.

I loved the cleanliness of the property. It’s a modern updated hotel despite it looking older on the outside. The room was extremely spacious and the staff were very kind and friendly. also loved the Starbucks in walking distance.

the pool area didn’t have much seating, but the pool was a nice size. I would have loved if they had a jacuzzi.

Loved the size and view from our room. Very clean and the beds were comfortable.

There was a hole in the ceiling in the livingroom area and a hole in the wall of the shower. But I did let the manager know about it. Two suggestion to have a hook behind the door in the bathroom to hang clothes on. Plus a bar that is higher maybe on the wall behind the door to hang towels on. That was the only downside. No where to truly hang your towels without them dragging the floor.

Super clean the little lady working the desk was super sweet talked while checking me in instead of just standing there checking us in later we realized we forgot the babies milk and she helped us get some the valet guy was just as sweet helped us get everything out of our car us being 3 adult girls with 3 babies that had been in a car for about 6 hours and was over being in the car So a huge shout out to them

The location is very good, direct on the Canal Walk. Walking distance to Downtown. The room was very comfortable, and big. A plus the kitchen with household appliances, and kitchen ware. I would stay there again.

Hotel was very clean and we loved the room set up with kitchenette. Staff was very nice including the housekeeping.

The shower area has absolutely no place to hang towels or clothes and inside the shower there is no where to set soap or shampoo. I'm sure that keeps things cleaner but it's impossible to hold your soap and shampoo while showering. I was with my mother and sister and you have to take all your clothes in the shower area to have privacy but there is no where to put them.

The hotel is quite close to the place where I had my meeting. The front staff are super friendly. Breakfast are perfect.

The door is not noise proof. There is a gap between the floor and the door.

I loved that the rooms had a full kitchen with cookware and storage containers. I love the location, it was within walking distance to my training for work.

I had an issue with my shower where water was spraying everywhere, but I called down to the front desk and someone came up immediately and fixed the shower.
