Baymont by Wyndham New Buffalo

room itself was excellent with a comfortable bed. Pool, I heard the jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast, was very good with the selection and taste of the entrees but no one restocked as items became limited.

The entrance should be spruced up. The overhead signage was faded, could not read the Baymont name. The front door garbage cans were overfilled. Around the pillars of the entrance way was all covered at the base with overgrown weeds. And huge pothole or huge chunk of blacktop missing at the front door. Mainly disliked was the attitude of an agent, who was NOT the desk clerk. coming out from somewhere to tell us that checkin was not until 3pm. Granted that we arrived at 2:45. but the way she approached us and spoke was very rude, like she was having a bad day. The agent for the front desk arrived at 2:55pm, then the rude agent came storming out and got in her car and zoomed off. The desk agent was personable.

It was relatively quiet I wasn't a filled hotel the area was very close to the casino which is one of the reasons we chose it the hot tub was fabulous

The breakfast left nothing to be desired many of the things were not restocked a few wished for cereal you couldn't have milk there were items that were still left out from the day before that had not been put away basically anything that was stored in the refrigeration system was relatively old.

For our 3 night stay, Maria and her backup at the front desk was fabulous and very customer service driven and helpful/accommodating to our needs and requests. Room was clean and fresh. King bed was good sleeping (maybe better pillows). A pet friendly hotel and our American Bulldog managed very well. Thanks again Maria.

Overall probably nothing. It was a little pricey but we'll get over it.

Room was clean but I'm pretty sure only one lady was working. She worked her butt off to try and provide us with the best stay but she is only one person. They definitely need to hire more staff. Thanks for working so hard to provide a nice breakfast for my family.

Severly under staffed. Cold sausage we were told to microwave.

I thought the pool, hot tub and patio were awesome. However, in our room there was a chair in the corner that had some nasty stains on it. It grossed me out. The lady at the desk was too nice and i was not going to complain to her. They were also very short staffed.

It was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive and the beds were very comfortable

The breakfast was terrible. No pastries, the eggs were mushy and only the worst cereals were offered as well as only white toast.

It was quiet and comfortable.

The sink drain was partially plugged. The TV selections were less than I expected. The curtains overhang the output of the A/C making it difficult to get good air circulation.

We stayed in one of the best rooms in a two star hotel so the price

heavy stains on the furniture and the stiff carpet with paint stains.

The pool area was nice, there is a little patio grill area thought that was really nice.

Ice machine was down on first floor only, but it was clean and working.

Had a nice small hot breakfast and the staff was very friendly

Maybe another meat option or egg for breakfast but was very happy with biscuits and gravy
