The staff was excellent! Our room was very clean and spacious! Great location for visiting friends in nearby New Buffalo and Three Oaks!

We stayed in room with double queen beds. The queen bed nearest the door has a very worn out mattress that leaves you feeling as though you are sleeping on a board. Breakfast time was too short... only a two hour window for a Saturday morning.

The room was clean and very well maintained, I loved the extra touches, like the makeup removing wipes and the hand sanitizer for the remote control, breakfast was good and well stocked, pool was nice, lobby and over all building was very clean and nice… four winds casino is 5 min away with the best buffet around…….would definitely stay again

I liked the location and we were in close proximity to Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City, Indiana.

The breakfast hours need to be extended to at least 10:30am. You should have a small griddle for customers to make pancakes and eggs. I do not care for powdered eggs. They have a distinctive taste that I do not like.

I was disappointed when I received my invoice. I booked with booking.com with the understanding that the room for BOTH nights was $110. However, for the second night I was charged $127. I guess rates change, especially on weekends, but this was a Thursday. I called to speak to the manager just to inquire the reason for the $17 increase; had to leave a message. She never returned my call.

I made the reservation for 2 rooms but for the wrong night and was charged for them. It took several calls but the manager, Denise, assured me that my card would be credited for the rooms and we still were able to get rooms for the night needed. Thank you to her for her help.

Breakfast was pretty bad. Not worth having. Many places have biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs and so forth.

Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast! There was hot sausage and fresh eggs. The room was nicer than I thought it would be based off of the pictures. The staff was friendly and checkin and checkout was simple and quick.

The pool was open but very cold.

The room was newly renovated and looked amazing. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was actually hot with a variety of choices.

Aside from the fact they had a hard time confirming my prepaid reservation there were no complaints. We visit union Pier once a year and this is our fourth time staying here.

Breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Seating area was very big.

The refrigerator was not cold. An outlet did not work. We didn’t realize the alarm clock was set very early until the first morning it went off. This happened in both our rooms.

Everything was clean and tidy despite their staff shortages. All staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

The location itself is pretty secluded, if you don’t have a car or mode of transportation it’s about a 30 min walk to the downtown area.

Choices were good, Coffee a little on the weak side but then again, I do like a strong cup of coffee.

Nothing, it was sufficient to get you going for the day.
