These are not hotel rooms, they are apartments! The rooms are huge! We stayed in a two queen room. There were two separate bedrooms with a queen bed in each! and the living room had a sleeper sofa. The room is huge. it really needed more furniture because it looked empty. The kitchen area was very nice and spacious as well as the bathroom. We know where we are staying the next time we are in town! There are 3 tvs in the room we had. One of the remotes was missing so as not to be charged for a remote, my wife went down to the front desk and they apologized saying sometimes the maids get them wrapped up in bedding and gave her a different remote. Not long after the manager came to the room to make sure everything was working properly. Much appreciated!

There was nothing to dislike.

Location wasn't far from the activities we had planned, but it wasn't in the center of town, so was very quiet. Manager deserves an A+

We booked 3 rooms and had a couple of maintenance issues, but nothing we couldn't live with. i e. microwave not working in one room, loose tile in another

The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful and timely. Check-in was quick. Check-out was even quicker. Overall great hotel. I would stay here again.

At times there was no one at the desk but they did arrive quickly once I rang the bell.

Good location, close to main roads, restaurants. Room bigger than usual. Staff very accommodating.

Really not a negative, but has only one small elevator in huge building, but stairs are always available.

I was disappointed that the computer printer didn't work, so I wasn't able to print out my boarding pass. Also disappointed that the washing machines didn't work.

I went to the front desk to request clean wash cloths because the one cloth in the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. The exceptional night shift front desk woman moved me to a different room because she could not be sure the room was clean if I had a dirty cloth in the bathroom! That is exceptional service.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable.We were very pleased the room was more like a charming little apartment than just a hotel room.

The size of the rooms is great. Very affordable and a good place to stay.

Maintenance in the rooms wasn't the best, but nothing major.

Didn't eat breakfast. Clean, bed was comfortable. Walk-in shower much appreciated.

Sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. And the utensils such as the only 2 pans were not usable in our opinion. Could use better pans, at least a frying pan which our suite(121) did not have.

The suite was cute and we enjoyed it.

The toilet seat was loose. We told them twice at the front desk and they never sent anyone up to fix it. The maid wasn't planning on coming in the first morning and also didn't come in the second. She told my boyfriend they only cleaned everything every 8 days, which is a little scary...
