Staff were very nice, the room was clean

Short staffed- one person working the breakfast, the bar and the desk. The same person was working the next morning from all night. Is it a 24 hour shift? The pillows are very hard. There was a children’s baseball team and the children were on the second floor. There was banging noises from the kids early in the morning.

location is wonderful, the room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, we loved the pool access. the amenities were fantastic and the breakfast was just perfect before we headed out for our excursions! we would stay again

could have used more shampoos and such in the bathrooms

We were suppose to stay at Baymont inn but they said they over booked so they put us in the motel next door. The first room we had had bed bugs and my husband got bite up , so we told them at the front desk and they found us a different room. That was alright

We loved everything they offered to me and my family they gave us extra pillows and blankets they had fresh worm town in the pool area and always made sure there guess we're happy and taken care of Best time ever

I was very happy with are stay the staff were so kind and very helpful are room was spotless and very welcoming the breakfast was awesome 👍 They always smiled to there guess and very helpful thank you so so much for a wonderful stay 5 stars all the way

Breakfast was good but could have used some fresh fruit

Air conditioning was very loud. Minimal staffing on site. Front desk not always maned.

I think the pictures shown are kind of deceiving for the size of the pool & should let people know the parking lot is under construction. There was very little space to park & half of the lot was filled with boats.

The room was very clean and big for the amount we paid to stay there. The bed was a King and it was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. It was great to have the mini fridge available. Besides the toilet not flashing very well the bathroom was clean and the water pressure was good and the sample size shampoo and conditioner were good quality. The hotel was in close proximity to many well known stores such as Walmart (directly across from), Target(maybe a .5 mile down the road from, Old Navy, Kohl's, Farm and Fleet and within a 2-4 mile driving distance of many restaurants including Texas Roadhouae, Olive Garden, Wendy's, McDonalds, Red Robin, Culver's and my local favorite Los Aztecas.

The toilet flushed very slowly and you have to hold the handle down the entire time to get the urine to flush. I was happy neither my husband nor I had to do more that urinate because I think it would have been a problem getting anything but water to go down. The only other thing I didnt especially like was the location. Right off of a busy highway and there wasnt much of an option if we wanted to go for a walk which I normally do every evening. We we able to walk a short distance away from the highway.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and well-kept.

The breakfast could have had more to it, like eggs, meat, biscuits & gravy. But what was there was very good.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Price was fair. Perfect location for easy access to so many other places.

Breakfast options could have included a meat choice, like sausage. I wish the room had a blanket for the bed rather than just the sheets and bedspread (for comfort purposes).

Breakfast was ok not a good variety of fruit only bananas and no muffins or pasties

The outside of the building could use some updating I was alittle embraced when I drove up with relatives and had been telling them what a great hotel we would be staying in. I. Know monies short with Colid but maybe in the next couple of years an clean up, update would work.
