very clean, very quiet

the mattress was pretty uncomfortable

We registered a room through a third party, and when we arrived at the hotel, the transaction had not come through yet to the hotel. So we didn't have to wait in the lobby for the registration to come through, the clerk gave us a room and then notified us when the registration came in. My wife then went down to give him her credit card to seal the deal. A very nice young man.

Not a major issue but when booking I put that I would arrive between 3-5pm we got there at 4. Check in was great. Simple quick, asked which floor I wanted to be on. Went to go to room and it was still in the process of being cleaned. I was more confused about the thought process of multiple availability and we were given a room that hadn't been cleared yet.

We enjoyed the breakfast. Room was nice and clean. The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful.

The pillows!!! Not firm enough!! We each used 3, and still not good. Also, the door in the bathroom kept sliding open. Would not fully close. And, you could hear shower, doors, etc in the neighboring rooms.

I was most impressed that the shower head actually worked like it's supposed to. That was the first time in any hotel stay that it wasn't spraying everywhere! It's the smallest things that make the biggest differences!

The TV was hard to figure out, guessing that's a hotel thing cuz they never work like at home.

It was a centralized location as we travelled. Close to restaurants, stores. Quiet

It was tucked off the main road and hard to find the driveway at first. It was not exactly accessible for those who ate visually impaired. Room were not light enough.

Breakfast looked good but did not partake.

TV. Watching free TV - when I went to watch TV the stations kept jumping to CMT (Country Music). Unable to watch TV. It is Junk. When notified desk clerk, she didn't seem interested & made no note of the issue.

The hotel was clean and in a great area. The staff I found to be helpful and friendly, Parking wasn't spectacular, but in all it didn't change my mind on the hotel itself. I did find the cost to be pretty expensive over all though.

Our stay was great. It was fun watching a bowl game on the giant tv in our room. The breakfast was good, but I was a little disappointed when there wasn't any biscuits and gravy. I read about it in a review and it was one of the reasons I choose the Hampton. Breakfast elsewhere was lacking. However, the Hampton is now my stay place when I'm traveling. If all the Hamptons are as good as this one I'll be very happy.

Everything was awesome except the bathroom door would not close all the way in our room. The staff said thanks for telling them and it would be addressed.

I like that the property was central to a lot of local shopping though it was kind of hidden away behind other properties. A hidden gem. The facilities was clean, the room was clean, the staff was cordial and the pool/ hot tub area was great.

The breakfast was fare.
