The staff was wonderful and went out of her way to help with the mix up of our rooms. She was wonderful with everything. The room was exceptional and the bed was really comfortable. The room was really big and had enough room for all of us even with a roll away bed. The dogs even loved the room.

Clean hotel, excellent staff. When it became clear that the parking lot noise was going to be a problem, Robin quickly moved us to a different room with no hassle, no extra charge.

The facilities were nice and modern, and I liked the full-sized refrigerator. The front desk person that checked us in was friendly.

I just wish there was a breakfast provided. I don't know if that's a short-term, covid-related issue or a permanent reality, but I missed it. The full-sized refrigerator in the room, on the other hand made purchasing items for breakfast easy. The elevator was very slow for a three-story hotel. That was problematic as we tried to maintain social distancing.

The room was clean, spacious and inviting. I appreciate the kitchenette and a full size fridge. The location was great for getting on and off and back onto our route. Staff was great! Would definitely stay again.

It would have been nice to be able to angle the tv screen. It was at a slightly funky angle, but that was minor.

The accommodations were very comfortable and well appointed. It was quit. Location was very convenient.

The TV was relatively small and mounted in the corner. The drawers in the dresser were cheap and did not slide easily. Relative to everything else, these are very minor details.

The bathroom shower and tub because the shower head was coming out of the wall, very little water would come out as well as nozzle for the tub was also loose, tub drained poorly

Room was clean, and the floor I was on was quiet.

It’s newly renovated so there were a few minor hiccups like a tricky door lock but other than that we loved our big room and the location! Staff is wonderful!

Still making improvements but it wasn’t inconvenient as the staff was on top of it.
