I personally don't agree with the 3 PM check in time. Accommodate your customers needs. Regardless of policy, customer satisfaction is your number 1 goal.

Really good hotel to rest. It is cheap and nice

It was a quite comfortable stay. The bed and everything was good the fridge and microwave worked properly as well as the TV.

Found roaches in the bathroom and on the table under the TV.. Also had a half hour tilll check out and the manager came knocking on my door and said it was time to leave. I said yes I know what time check out is and I just had a couple things left to carry out to the car, his response was to "huff and pufff" give me a dirty look and walk away. I was so confused because I've never been told to leave any hotel in any manner . And I was a bit Leary walking through the lobby and out the door and got dirty looks from again the same guy and also a housekeeper that worked there.

The beds were very comfy!! Staff was very accommodating. Could use an upgrade on linens but they were clean. We had people above us which was quite noisy. We had our service dog with us and it was very convenient to him as well.

The linens and just the little things that weren't deal breakers but help to have. Like cups in the room and ice. Id stay again for sure.

The staff was friendly, though seemed confused as to why I was a little concerned about some of the issues I encountered. Nonetheless, the front desk woman was helpful, as was her coworker who helped me find my room.

There's a colorful array of things to choose from! Let's start with the things the place can easily control and move outward from there. I mentioned in the things that I liked that the staff was quite friendly in helping me locate my room. That's because there was no number on it, and the door to the room was wide open when I got to it. The room definitely hadn't been cleaned: There was some horrifying... stuff... in the sink, the shower was dirty, there was no toilet paper, and the trash bin hadn't been emptied. I *think* the sheets were clean, though all the layers had been laid flat on the bed without being tucked in. I checked for bedbugs - I think I'm safe. Except for one lamp, the lights all ran daylight temp lighting, adding to the horror movie feel. Moving outward from there, I straight up worried I was gonna wake up in an ice bath missing a kidney. The door frame had definitely been forced at some point and kinda repaired - though it took me almost breaking it again to get into my room. A light fixture hung from the ceiling near my door, odd linens hung about either the guest or staff laundry area, which worryingly smelled like cat urine. I saw two other guests there at one point, casting me furtive glances as they hurried away. The motel itself is situated in an industrial area, at the end of a lonely, spooky road beyond a railroad track. Of course, it was also dirt cheap. Most of these things are what I'd call value-added features for the price. Any place below $100 these days should rightly be a little terrifying. The only things I would expect different would be a clean, secure room, with warm temperature lighting.
