The location was good and for the most part the rooms were nice.

We couldn't turn off the fan on the A/C/Heater. There was no light bulb in the floor lamp. The TV remote didn't work at all and neither did the TV when we finally it got on manually. Also, when we received our statement the morning we left we learned we had been over charged $42.31 by Booking.com.

Very clean, very friendly and personable staff. Coffee 24/7 which is awesome!!

There was some confusion upon check in regarding my reservation. I reserved 2 rooms, and per the process I listed the guest for the 2nd room. Front desk clerk stated she only had one room reserved under my name, didn't show a 2nd room even with my confirmation number. When I had her look under the name of the 2nd guest, she found it. I would suggest that reservations are confirmed under the name of the person reserving the room, not the guest, or cross reference it, to save panic and confusion for the guest and the desk clerk. Additionally, I requested rooms with two beds, and each only had one. I did read further that the bed availability was not guaranteed. Maybe that should be a little more noticeable when making the reservation.

The rooms were clean and comfortable giving us a nice rest.

There was a lot of confusion regarding room assignment. Myself and at least one other guest were assigned rooms that already had someone in them. Thankfully the occupant just laughed. We originally were getting rooms far apart despite the request to be as close as possible. Although it wasn't the hotels fault, there was construction at the main road into the hotel parking lot. In the morning as we left we found the back exit blocked off as well necessitating some turns through connecting lots to escape.

This hotel is just your basic mid-range hotel. Good if you need a stop over somewhere.

My only real issue was the breakfast. Absolutely nothing special.

The coffee is awful! The coffee cups and especially the ill fitting lids totally suck! I wore more of my coffee than I actually drank! (Yes, it burned) I don't understand why Large chain hotels/motels cut corners with cheap, nasty coffee and flimsy, worthless coffee cups. Sorry, I like my coffee. Bad coffee is a strike against any place.

The shade on the window was not long enough to block light from the parking lot..we finally thought to use towles to cover the bottom of the window , Would like a microwave...but was able to use the one downstairs.

clean quiet once we got away from the barking dog. they moved us immediately. really good breakfast, big comfy beds

Limited choices due to COVID but the gentleman handling breakfast was great!

Towel service due to COVID - we even filled out a form requesting towel service but it only worked one day. Shower head needs to be replaced in room.

Bathroom needs updated taller toilets, better draining tubs, or just walk in showers
