I love that you can park in front of your room and that it a one story building they got coloring books and crayon for the kids and out side sitting area you can let you kids play there and not have to worry they will get ran over they have it blocked off so car can’t go through there the shower had great water pressure very clean rooms a/c heater worked great nice and quiet place to stay we will be staying there every time we visit the kids and grandkids

I loved the bigger refrigerator! It also had a microwave. Everything worked great! Good hot water! The bed was very comfortable and the staff was so nice and helpful! Nice laundry and vending area!! I loved being able to park by the hotel door.

Well..i have to say it was a good value motel! The ONLY thing i really didn't like was the left over smoke smell. I went and got some room deodorizer for $1.25 and it helped alot. It could have been s little cleaner on the floors but it was still ok.

This hotel is located directly next to two modern name brand hotels where I most often would be apt to stay. This weekend we were in town to participate in a 100 mile bicycle ride. I read the reviews of others about Pittsburg area hotels and decided that the Regency Inn had great reviews. The price was so much better than the two name brand hotels. We were very comfortable this weekend, the room had all the amenities needed, it was clean, quiet, a value. Thanks! I would recommend guest give the Regency a try.

I would give this hotel 4 stars. It would have been 5 stars if housekeeping had been done the last day.

Our stay was very nice. With one exception. We checked out on Monday as scheduled, however, on Sunday, the used towels were removed and none were replaced, no bath towels and only one small face towel. Trash was emptied but no trash bags were replaced. Coffee and toiletries were not restocked. Also a used cleaning rag was left on top of the clothes hanger rack for the duration of our 4-day stay.

The room looked recently painted and shower insert looked brand new. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Also, all rooms on one floor with outdoor entrances which comes in handy when you have to load & unload bowling balls! Very convenient to bowling alley.

The bathroom door would not stay shut. When the a/c would blow, the door would come open.

Nice, older motel, updated and Very Clean. Friendly staff. Served microwave breakfast sandwiches and had a pancake machine along with cereal and pastries. Great location, close to highway and downtown. Just a short drive to the Pizza Shack! Will stay here again!

Staff was friendly, and the room was clean and bug free! Wifi was fast and signal was strong with no dropped service.

The bed is a bit softer than I prefer, but comfortable. The sofa was faux leather and peeling.

Bed is very firm. No breakfast included. Coffee maker missing drawer where you put the coffee packet. No grab bars near shower. High threshold stepping out of shower.

No breakfast was served, but with microwave and refrigerator this was not a problem. Very clean room. Self-serve checkout was convenient. Host was helpful and pleasant.

Would have liked a plastic covid shield at the check-in counter and the TV remote mute button to work.
