Joe was at the desk checking us in and he was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We asked about eating out and Joe told us about a close Mexican restaurant, El Charro, it was GREAT! Joe helped us figure out an easier route to take to get home also. Joe, he made us feel at ease and was awesome! Bed was comfy, the recliner in our room, well we want one in our house just like it! The lady that worked overnight had a wonderful breakfast cooked for guests! Will definitely stay again

Room was small for paying for an Premier King Suite. There were hairs all over bathroom sink, so it should have been cleaner for sure. The staff and comfort outweighed any negative

For an older hotel, it was very clean. Staff at check in was amazing.Swimming pool looked wonderful but I didn't have time to try it.

TV was small and didn't work well. I would have rather left it off anyway though.

We enjoyed the beds and the shower was hot. The breakfast was so good!! I loves that it was a hot breakfast wit eggs and sauage, biscuits and gravy.

The coffee maker in the room did not work.

Again a clean, comfortable room, and friendly check in. Pleasant commons areas, and the breakfast area was clean and bright. What breakfast was available was appealing. I've stayed here several times and likely will again.

Breakfast was a little sparse, not much variety, but they had something hot (that's a plus). There wasn't a reliable TV channel guide in the room, which was only a minor inconvenience.

The tv in room 116 had no volume on any channel. Issue wasn’t reported cause the tv wasn’t necessary this trip. Signs posted stating housekeeping was upon request only and they cleaned our room on Dec 26th without warning. Not a major deal just unexpected.

Location was OK. Easy to find. The staff was very kind and helpful. I wish we would've found this place earlier in my child's time at Pitt State, so we could've stayed here more!

I could hear the neighbors just talking. The bathroom was hard to get the door shut because it was so small. The pool was beautiful, but it was too cold to swim.

We got to the breakfast late so all that was left was biscuits and gravy and juice.

Mattress was a little too soft. Front desk didn't know wifi password when we checked in. Was able to get it the next morning.

Everything was great, however the room was a little dirty not terrible, but cobwebs hanging from the lamp just tells me probably needs dusted.
