We always like staying here. It’s a quiet area. Great service

We were charged 2 times and the situation is still trying to be resolved. We paid in advance through Booking .com with PayPal and charged by PayPal. But the front desk required a credit card because they did not show it paid. Even though we had the email receipt proof. PayPal charged & my credit card charged. It still has not been resolved. We have stayed here a lot. So very disappointed In this happening. Someone owes me a refund. Card or PayPal or the motel

I like that this chain is relatively consistent from hotel to hotel. Stay in a few and you know what to expect. Comfort is essential, and that's what they do best. The breakfast has decent options to either eat there or grab and go. They offered 4 types of fresh coffee and pumpkin waffles while I was there. They had a snack shop with wine and snacks for purchase.

I just stayed in many Hampton Inns over a week's time. This was the only one without a microwave in the room. I am not a fan of sliding barn doors on the bathroom. There are no back ups on things like tissues. There's 2 in the box and they don't provide anymore.

The staff was amazing, they upgraded our room at no charge to accommodate us with a first floor room/suite since my husband is currently using a scooter. They brought us extra bedding for the pull out sofa, so that our grandsons would be comfortable as well.

My grandsons said it was the best hotel they've ever stayed in, I don't really have any negatives.

I had a handicap accessible room. Loved the clearance and thought they put into the bathroom. A plus.

The room was inadequately lighted. The shade wouldn't go up so during the day you couldn't get natural light. Serious flaw for a person with vision issues to begin with.

The breakfast was very good. The employees keeping the breakfast moving were just the best.

Booking.COM needs to update their room description, there was no microwave available. When I asked at the front desk they said they have notified Booking.com to change the description and to date it was not changed. They were good to give me a microwave since we were spending a week there.

Breakfast was excellent for a hotel. Plates and utensils were disposable for sanitary/COVID reasons. Quantities were plentiful and the VERY kind and VERY hard-working lady keeping things clean and stocked was amazing. She greeted people, did anything asked, and was constantly moving doing things - I think her name was Carla or Carly. In any case, she was amazing! Sanitizing wipes, liquids, and procedures were well-established and everywhere. Rachel at the front desk and Jenna in housekeeping were so kind, friendly, and competent I thought I was in a 5-star luxury hotel; maybe I was!

Booking.com seems to continually get details wrong when referring patrons to this property. For example, the hotel has a 10:00 check-out time, though late checkout can be requested; however, our Booking.com email said checkout was at noon. The staff handled this very well, but come on, Booking! Let's get this right!

New, nicely furnished, clean.

Pool isn’t heated. It was too cold to enjoy our swim. Our room was a 2 queen bedroom. We needed a third bed and had brought our blow up mattress… there was NO room for it. We had to put it in the hallway which blocked the bathroom. Do not recommend if you have a need for 3 beds… zero floor space.

Everything except the bathroom door

The bathroom door was a sliding door. You could see into the bathroom while others were in there, etc. because of the gap/opening from the sliding door.

The bed is very comfortable, room clean and tidy. I like the update of the showers versus bathtubs. There is a coffeemaker in the room, which is typically a deal breaker for me. Kudos!! Most are getting away from that and it's frustrating. The breakfast is delicious and more than I expected. Very nice. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kind to each other.

very clean and accommodating! staff was very friendly and breakfast was really good. no funky smells, nothing sketchy looking, or anything else a supposed 3 star hotel would have. would definitely stay here again!

if I had to nitpick, there’s scuffs on the walls in the room we had. but people are in and out all the time so it’s bound to happen and would be hard to keep up with.
