The hotel was very clean! The staff was friendly and professional! Breakfast was good as well! Dawn B. and Linda S. did a great job cleaning the breakfast area and in making sure the foods were replenished! Linda actually went the extra mile and talked to us about our day! She asked if we were going to the Ark? I told her, yes and that was our main reason for coming to Kentucky! The room was extremely clean! I could tell by looking, but it smelled clean! Sometimes when you go into hotels they smell musty and dirty, well this one did not! I've been told I'm OCD and I possibly am, but I know clean and it was just that, "CLEAN!" The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice too! We will definitely stay here again if back in the area! We highly recommend this hotel! Thanks for a great stay! You made us feel welcome and at home!

The only thing I can think of that would might be better would be the lights in the bathroom. They maybe need a little stronger light around the mirror. Other than that small thing, nothing really! I only mention that to help in the future! You all exceeded our expectations with no worries! Thanks again!

The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of items available for us. We liked the availability of the juice station throughout the day as well as the coffee. Chocolate chip cookies were delicious 🥰. The staff was nice, from the front desk to the breakfast crew and everything was clean and inviting. The hotel sits just off the highway and was very quiet. We had a great time and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good breakfast, they play every news station to Accommodate every traveler, but we all know Newsmax is the real news and not fake news and lots of people sat in that area. Lot’s of choices. Pool was fun for the kids and they had a family bathroom in there. Rooms were comfy and up to date. You felt good staying there because how new everything felt. The hotel is only 3 years old….I Would recommend having a maintenance person on staff though.

Shower had too hot issues, but made it work with what we had. I notified front desk and they took note of it.

very good breakfast with plenty foods to enjoy, rooms were tidy, beds comfortable, weight room was great, staff was friendly, coffee bar was excellent, overall great place to stay ,easy to find off interstate, would return in future.

nothing really ,just some dust on head boards and light fixtures beside beds that house cleaning could check an take care of for future travelers, however not a deterrent for future visits would stay there again without any hesitation.

The property was very clean! We enjoyed the inviting lounge area with fireplace. We loved having a sectional in a separate part of our spacious room. We liked the anti-fog mirror in the bathroom. The AC was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very kind. It was close to the Ark Encounter.

The bathroom floor didn’t seem clean in the corners. There were also some black resin-like spots on it. One washcloth was stained, and one had a hole in it.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They were able to keep us in the same room even though we booked two separate stays. We had added a stay for the day before our original travel day to avoid the weather. The breakfast was very good. hot and cold options were available, and they had trays available for you to take it to your room. There was plenty of seating available as well. The Ark Encounter was only about 12-15 minutes away, two exits south on I-75

The breakfast hours could have been a little longer, given it was a Holiday week. I think this caused a bottleneck to occur during the time we stayed there. It also put a great deal of pressure on the staff person keeping up the breakfast area.

Clean

We were in a room for disabilities. The shower ran into the entire bathroom floor. The shower floor was very slippery and my disabled husband fell. I almost fell because of all the water that overflowed onto the rest of the bathroom. I told the front desk and said that they know about the water overflowing every time the shower is on. They cleaned the floor immediately but did nothing when I told them my husband fell.

The location was convenient. Our room was spacious and worked well with our 2 grandkids, The breakfast had a good selection with a large eating area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only issue we had was noisy neighbors above us who sounded like stomping and jumping off the beds until after 11 pm. There is a lack of "good" restaurants in the area and not much selection. We tried a couple of higher rated ones, which in our opinion were overrated. The Big Boy turned out to be better.

Breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and our bed was made each day, towels replenished and the trash removed

our refigerator was not working, the night clerk replaced it with another one, which didn't work either. my husband finally figured out that it was the plug in that wasnt working. he asked for that to be checked but as far as we could tell it wasnt ever looked at

the first night the A/c snot cool down in room 306 was hot and uncomfortable they said don’t have another room available for me that night the next morning they switch me to another room they said they are going to talk to the manager to give me a discount for that inconvenience but that don’t happen.
