Stylish hotel, nice architecture, confortable rooms. Just few block from famous French quarter and Barboun street, perfect place to stay. Breakfast not included (with my rate) but at very affordable price, great dining room.

Overnight Parking very expensive (40$) but it’s not due to hotel

Beautiful hotel with great staff, the beds were extremely comfortable and the location is absolutely perfect. The bedrooms are dark and quiet with the curtains drawn so you can have some really deep sleep which is unlikely for other hotels in french quarter. Checking in and out is so simple and the entire hotel is such a nice taste of NOLA, hard to fault much really.

My single complaint was that our bedding had brown stains when we arrived. We asked for new bedding and it was promptly delivered, so great job rectifying. We would stay here again.

I liked the historical.char.m of the hotel is beautiful. Friendly staff were all very polite.

The parking fee of $50 a day. However this is customary with downtown hotels.

We didn’t eat there

We asked that I room be cleaned each morning as we left the hotel at 8:30 . We would return in the evening and it had not been cleaned. No new towel or coffee.

They have not returned the security deposit for any room and it has been 18 days and neither of the guests can get hold of anybody at the hotel.

For the price this is absolutely unbeatable. This is the nicest hotel I have ever been in. Absolutely gorgeous. It has a unique, historic feel, and it doesn’t feel like your standard chain hotel. Also it’s within walking distance to the French Quarter, great location to be! Not too close to bourbon street that the noise would be disturbing. It’s in the business district but still nearby to a lot of touristy areas. Get this hotel! If you’re considering it, just do it. They even held our bags for us after checkout because we had a late flight. It’s an experience like no other!

There’s nothing to dislike here.

Excellent location, staff was very nice, hotel was pretty clean, microwave available in the little food mart in the lobby, facilities well managed, PB&J hour was very cute, bar inside hotel very accessible & easy to find, beds were incredibly comfortable.

Few minor issues that were either easily fixed or mostly inconsequential to my stay: was accidentally assigned a room that wasn’t yet cleaned & flipped—quickly & kindly rectified, plumbing was a little off (had to flush toilet a few times to clear bowl of toilet paper), & bit of a leak from ceiling after AC was on for a while.

Le Pavillon was a great place to stay in New Orleans. It’s a quick Lyft ride to just about anywhere, and there were always cars available within a few minutes of requesting. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and the entire place is very clean. They also did a wonderful job of keeping the old charm while updating the furnishings. The hotel has a small shop by the front desk to purchase snacks and other commonly forgotten/needed items. They provide complimentary coffee (good, strong coffee!) in the mornings for guests. Overall we had a wonderful experience at Le Pavillon and would definitely stay again for our next trip!

The only complaint would be one of the elevators not being in service during our stay.

We had an excellent experience from a staff perspective. We were able to check our bags in early and leave our car before check in so that we could tour the city. One of the elevators was down and we were allowed to use service elevator if necessary. And everyone really is exquisitely nice and accommodated. The staff is definitely a major plus at this hotel.

Really did not feel that the breakfast for $25 was worth it for what was offered. We opted out and walked a few blocks away to get breakfast. The elevators were slow and our toilet seat and the room would not stay up.

The location was brilliant for exploring New Orleans. It was walking distance to all of the attractions, but was in a quiet and calm spot away from noisy bars. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped with toiletries. The hotel looked and felt clean throughout.

Only one lift was working during our stay, which slowed our journey to and from the room at times. The terrace and pool were closed, which was a bit disappointing as we would have made use of these facilities.
