Location is very close to the French quarters and the St Charles trolls

Getting in the building was not clear on the check in process. Better information on how.to access it would be helpful.

Apartment was fantastic. Great location. Booking process was a nightmare. Was contacted before arrival to say I hadn’t paid. I had. Stressful as didn’t know if we’d get into apartment. SONDER tried to take payment. Bank queried it. SONDER at end of stay took payment again. I was £90 out of pocket through their error. Now sorted and I was eventually £4 out of pocket but a very stressful process. Staff did sort this but it impacted on our holiday.

Booking process.

We enjoyed our apartment very much. The location was fantastic. The beds were comfy and felt clean. Fantastic hot shower.

There was a large area (the size of an mango) of black fuzzy wet mold in the bathroom. We traveled with our 3 young children and were very concerned that we were inhaling these mold spores. Black mold is a serious health hazard and can pose long term health issues. The wall near the mold had bubbling paint and the wall was damp. We

Wow, you really get a lot for your dollar with this Sonder. Our apartment was massive. Large rooms two full baths, a full kitchen and living room, and really tall ceilings. The location was also great. Just 2 blocks from Canal Street and the french quarter, it was pretty convenient no matter where we went. I hadn't used a Sonder before so I was wondering how they worked but checking in was easy, everything was done through the app and you just get combo codes to open the apartment building and your individual apartment.

Some minor things, there was only 1 TV in the whole apartment, usually each bedroom would have one at most hotels and lodging, and it was missing its remote so it basically didn't work. I contacted them to get a new one... which they delivered the next day, very easy, but it wouldn't connect to the TV as it was for an older model so we were out of luck. The curtains were also a tad too small for the window so they didn't block all the light, and St Charles can be noisy some times especially with the loud trolley right below. Still a great stay.

Great place in ideal location to discover the city. The roof terrace is amazing, and the amenities in the apartment are very convenient. The apartment is well furnished, with modern and comfortable furniture.

The living room could do with some curtains or blinds, to keep the sun out and for a bit more privacy. Resolving maintenance issues looks problematic though. We had a message a few weeks in advance that the washer and dryer did not work and would not be fixes before our stay. That shouldn’t take more than 3 weeks to fix. Minor issue with a balcony door that we reported but was not seen to during our stay.

Excellent central location - easy walk to French Quarter, warehouse district - surrounded by restaurants, hotels and retail. Clean comfortable and well maintained unit. pretty quiet , especially considering the bustling surrounding area. we would stay here again without hesitation.

could be better stocked - tried to communicate with staff that there were only two coffee mugs in the kitchen for a two bedroom apartment but never heard back.

Huge apartment, massive for a couple. Great location - only 7 or so minutes walk from Bourbon Street but none of the noise. Apartment was internally facing to a void which meant super quite but still bright enough during the day. Make sure you follow check in details before arriving (emailed 3 days prior). These are serviced apartments, similar to a premium Airbnb. Would stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying in the business district and out of the quarter, but it was close enough to the quarter, It was handy to have the trolley right out in front. Picking up day passes meant that you had to go into the quarter to get them. ( And sometimes you had to search them out.) We rode the trolley into the garden district. On our way back we found the most amazing bar called "Avenue bar" New Orleans always has the best food to offer, this place was a true gem! Also, our flight got cancelled/delayed. Spoke with a customer service agent online, on the Sonder app. The person I spoke with was incredibly helpful. Great customer service!

As other guests have stated; getting the door code to work could be a wee bit tricky. I had the luck of running into two employees and they gave us an updated door code. Also, I never did figure out how to turn on my TV, I wasn't there to watch TV, but would have been cool to have background noise.

Location, walking distance to French Quarter. Generally, CBD is quieter and more subdued than FQ. Roomy for our family of five (2 adults, 3 teenagers). Very clean (everything except the shower liner mentioned below). Very good lighting (natural and electric). Comfortable beds. No clock, but there was a clock tower across the street that is easily viewable. We liked the balcony. Quick response to our additional requests for a blanket (brought an additional air mattress). Liked how it offered olive oil, fancy teas, and coffee.

Could have been better appointed, specifically, cloth towels instead of paper towels, Was able to make only simple meals because there is nothing to cook with except olive oil, salt and pepper, but it worked out ok. Smoothie store directly below our apartment (#203) has speakers attached to the ceiling, floors are thin, so we could hear it, and the bass was loud (from 8 am - 5 pm). Sonder said they contacted them to turn it down, but it doesn't actually sound that loud when you walk into the shop, so the employee probably didn't think it was that bad. Shower liner has mold on it. We could smell someone smoking marijuana frequently, and the smell would drift into our room because there is no weather stripping under main door. Washing machine didn't work. Elevator was also not working.

The apartment itself was clean and spacious. The fully stocked kitchen was also very useful. I personally liked the bed, felt very comfortable.

Finding the place was not so easy. It's located within a building and the only thing that set it apart was the keyless keypad. Maybe there should be a sign that says Sonder or something more obvious (I stayed at the Lafayette Square location). Also the washer in 406 does not work. Leaves the clothes very wet. Some more decor/furniture around the apartment would be nice as well.
