The staff at this hotel were absolutely fabulous. Everyone we spoke with was kind, friendly, and more than willing to help with anything we asked about. Our room was very clean, the hotel was quiet, and the location was perfect for our stay in the city. We could walk pretty much everywhere!

For the price, the amenities were a little lacking. The rooms were very nice, but there was no on-site dining or coffee service (though there was a cafe right next door downstairs, so no huge deal there) and the pool was incredibly small. Our room was on the north side of the building, and hardly received any daylight, but it was still very comfortable.

MS.SUE!!!! She was leaving as we were coming in and she greeted us with the biggest welcome. The next morning she remembered our name and made us feel like old friends!! The room had a great view and was perfect for our family of 6. It was comfortable and the kitchen made saving $ easier. The location was great! By FAR one of the BEST hotels downtown!!

The room could use some deep cleaning. The surface was clean enough but the room needed to be dusted. Also there was some hair in the drain of one of the showers. Not a fan of the shower glass wall and no door. Not a deal breaker, this is by far one of the BEST hotels in the area!!

Great location, wonderful staff, very spacious suite, got great deal on tours with help from concierge , all Places in French Quarter was within walking distance and all tours had us picked up either from the hotel or from a block away

Very loud at night even though we were on the 6 th floor, with Construction going around and over the weekend from people partying an emergency vehicles

it’s 2 minutes from Bourbon street. Close to everything. can walk everywhere. would definitely stay there again.

the only thing I didn’t like is I stayed two and I wanted my room clean and they said I had to schedule it and it was to late also they said I still had a balance when I checked out but I paid everything when I checked in so that was a little confusing

They are very friendly the definition of customer service, you feel more like family when you stay there.

the morning staff is very friendly and welcoming I love mr Keith and mrs sue. they were very helpful and pleasant they go above and beyond for you. 5 stars

The hotel was very clean. The location was perfect to get easily to Canal St and Bourbon St on foot. The staff was super friendly and helpful!!!

Location convenient to trolly and walking to French Quarter

Our room was several feet to the next building. Had to keep the blinds closed the whole time for privacy.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, the hotel was clean and nicely decorated and very much in the Madi gras and New Orleans spirit. They even provided us with recommendations on restaurants to eat at and attractions to do and visit.
