It was great

The Saturday night bartender was rude and an absolute jerk. I will never book this hotel again for this reason!!!

Everything was great, it was so nice a cool in the room, very clean was disappointed their bar/refrigerators weren’t working, it was hot and you do lots of walking bought many drinks at CVS and brought them back to the room to find out we weren’t able to keep them cold, we called down to the office and they confirmed they don’t work. Everything else was great, the were friendly, the room was clean and I definitely recommend that location, very close to everything!! Must add it was such a nice extra touch with the gentleman playing the piano.

The only negative was the refrigerator/bar in the room but not working.

My last name is Phong. I booked a night at this hotel from September 7th to September 8th, and then I had something urgent. I will stay one more night from September 8th to September 9th. Basically I paid on Booking.com. I paid $136.91 for the first night, September 7th-September 8th. I also paid the second fee of $259.20, from September 8th to September 9th. Same room No. 1311. When I got home, I found another charge in my bank statement, which was $259.89. It's in my bill. The hotel has a problem with arbitrary charges. This makes me think this hotel is terrible.

There are too many things to list that me and my wife LOVED. It was the perfect location for us to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary. The staff was friendly, real clean and the location was fabulous. The room was was really nice and the bathroom was perfect. Looking foward to staying here again in the near future. The staff definitely deserve 5 stars and the lobby with live musician was a nice touch.

To really find something we didn't like would be hard to do. Just wish our stay was longer.

Got a King room that faced the city that was spacious and a very nice room overall. The bathroom was great with a tub and a shower. Valet was also great.

The indoor pool was not heated and the hot tub was too hot. Only hiccup other than that, was calling for Valet at 12pm checkout time and going downstairs and waiting 20 mins before realizing the lady never told the valet guys. There was a truck in the self-parking that had the window broken out of. This is more of the parking lot owner issue.

This was a really nice hotel. It had comfortable beds and linens. It was also very quiet and in a great location, easily assessable to the quarter or CBD. The staff and lobby is beautiful. The bathrooms are small, but the shower head is wonderful and has awesome water pressure. They also had coffee makers in the room which was a plus.

The bathroom could use an update.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent. Breakfast in the restaurant was amazing. We were central and in walking distance of everything resturants, mall, canal street, and riverfront. We were there to attend a friend's 50th birthday and we only had to walk across the street to attend the event!

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was clean and overlooked the city which was nice.

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and because of that the bottom of the bathroom door is beginning to rust. There was a life saver on the floor by the elevator when I checked in. Three days later and the life saver was still there. I mentioned it to the front desk and the next day when I checked out, it was still there. My guess is that it is still there. The room was pre paid and they acknowledged that when I checked in. I get home and see that they charged me again for the room. They said they would refund me the money, but they only refunded part of the money. Three hours on the phone later and they said they were going to refund the rest. The refund has not hit my credit card as of this review.

Everything: the bed, the bathroom, the pool even if indoor, the safe in the room, the kindness of the employees. Distance from Bourbon street, the riverside...

The price asked for the car parking is really HIGH. You have a 24 hours parking one minute walking from the hotel, not even a street to cross for a very convenient price.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Business District, at walking distance from the Ernest Morial Convention Center, the French Quarter and the riverside. The room was nice, the bed comfortable, and everything was according to the description on Booking. Also, the room was spotless clean. The free WiFi was very efficient and more than enough for the work I needed to do, although I didn't try any conference calls during my stay. The personnel was very kind and helpful.

The hotel serves breakfast only during weekends, which is not optimal. The bathroom could use some refurbishing, especially the shower (not dirty or anything, just the tap was a bit worn out from use).
