Beautiful accommodations. I stayed in a premier king room overlooking the river. The location was excellently situated between all French Quarter, Garden, and Warehouse Districts. The staff was very attentive and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. For those who like to keep their fitness up while on vacation, this hotel as one of the better gyms I've ever seen. There is a restaurant on the same floor as the gym and spa that is incredible! The food was so amazing, my friend and I ate there a couple of times despite the fact that there are cheaper options elsewhere. There are lots of great restaurants in walking distance too. The rooms are about as high tech as you can get. They make sure all your needs are accounted for and easily accessible. Room service staff was top notch!

The pool wasn't as great as most other hotels, and the service was slow. We ordered some food and drinks and it took a really long time. It's not a huge drawback because I'm not really a hotel pool type of person, but I probably wouldn't hang out there again.

I just absolutely LOVE this hotel! Although it's the Four Seasons, it's small and quaint! Super welcoming entrance, the interiors of all the spaces are modern and clean line with a lot of style and natural materials. It's such a pleasant space to be in. The gym is fantastic! I love exercising there, great equipment, lots of space, plenty of water and towels, and even some morning Java available. They also have coffee, water, and fresh snacks throughout the day in the lobby. And the restaurant "Miss River" is also very good with local cuisine.

I have nothing to say about what I didn't like, it's all so great!!

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Four Seasons hotel in New Orleans and wanted to share my positive experience. The room was exceptional, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The location of the hotel was also ideal, allowing easy access to the city's attractions and vibrant atmosphere. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep throughout my stay. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience at the Four Seasons hotel in New Orleans.

My stay at the Four Seasons hotel in New Orleans was absolutely perfect

We loved how close it was in proximity to everything. Getting an Uber or Lyft was fairly cheap since we were close to everything. It was also a very private facility and quiet as well. Their customer service was the best I’ve ever received at any hotel.

Some of the rooms had scuffs on the walls so you could see it’s age a little bit but nothing too serious. I’m sure this is dependent on who you get but we felt the house cleaners were a bit rude.

The train that runs past the hotel is so loud and sounds like it is in your bedroom. Impossible to sleep through it and it runs throughout the night.

The location of the property was perfect for the activities that we chose to do, and the staff was AMAZING from the time of our arrival all the way until we pulled off of the premises. Also, the small cakes made by the pastry chef are delicious, as well as the food and drinks served at Chemin a la mer within the hotel.

We experienced a few issues with our new room that we were moved to, but one of the sweet ladies at the front desk and Essence were fantastic in listening to our concerns and resolving the issues. I highly recommend this hotel for any type of occasion!

Everything. We have been travelling down through the US for two and a half weeks, staying in lovely hotels along the way, however this was the best. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, room, staff, service, ambience and the facilities. Loved our stay here and were sad to leave both the hotel and the city this morning. Fabulous place to visit and stay.

Beautiful facilities and rooms

Service was choppy and not in par with Four Seasons standards / prices. For example, when we arrived I found trash in the room from the previous guest, once a dirty cappuccino cup was not replaced, coffee capsules were not always renewed, I asked for door stopper (twice) and they never got back to me, the liquid soap in the bathroom was not filled when we arrived and so forth.

Quiet, great location, very clean and comfortable bed. Beautiful decor, attentive staff. Loved the river view and that they upgraded our room for our anniversary.

The train! That was not a pleasant surprise. Comes through every night and blows its whistle. I was annoyed at the $8 waters. For the price of the room that should be comped.

Extremely modern and hi-tech hotel, good building location, beautiful room. Doorman Virdis gets a special shout-out, very friendly and professional.

Very busy hotel, slow line at check-in, paid extra for River view that was very limited. Almost too complicated wall controls. Tile in shower is very slippery when wet, somewhat dangerous.
