The location was fantastic. close walk to French Quarter and Bourbon Street. The facilities are very nice and updated.
The parking situation is a disaster and expensive. Be nice if they could work out a deal with a nearby garage. The walls are a little thin as we consistently heard people in hallways.

We all loved the open plan and high ceilings!! Clean!! We needed more towels and creamer for coffee. An associate showed up within 30 minutes (in the rain) with our request.

The space and decor of the apartment was beautiful. Very comfortable.
This apartment had no windows (???) I don't recall reading this in the booking add. Very unusual and not for the claustrophobic. I would not have booked it if I knew.

just the location is not too far from French quarter
on the first day, the thermo control panel (powered by battery) was out of battery. so the room was hot. the ac wasn’t on. we contacted the property and they said they would send someone over to fix it next day. someone came over to change the battery next day, but they replaced with low power batteries which died after 2 days. we had no ac on the 4th night again.
