I enjoyed the friendliness of the front desk staff, they made our check-in smooth and effortless. The front desk staff was very courteous and pleasant.

I was not too fond of the housekeeping staff. It took them a long time to bring the things we requested. The Keurig was not working we had to get a replacement and they just handed it to us like we knew how to work it , instead of them hooking it up and making sure it worked. We left a DND hanger on our door and when we returned to the hotel the beds were made up and the room was replenished, While we appreciate the gesture, we did not want anyone to enter our room while we were away.

I had read several rating before booking this room and wasn’t sure whether I would be disappointed or not. I was in a time crunch for a room and decided to book the room and take my chances. I was in no way disappointed. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, the restaurant across the street served hot pho soup, the room was very cool and spacious and my husband and I heard no noise at night other than the occasional guest walking up and down the hallway. It was worth every penny!!!!!!

The restaurant in the lobby didn’t open until 5:00. 😃. I wish it would have opened for lunch but I may have missed it. Not sure.

Wasn't sure what to expect as the price seemed too good to be true based on location, a short walk to the French Quarter - but the hotel was a nice surprise: big rooms, clean (despite not being a fan of old carpeted hotel room floors!), comfy bed and helpful staff - Booking.com had miscommunicated our stay dates and we showed up to the hotel without them expecting us and charged for a room we had not been in the city for a few days back. Thankfully they quickly and without issue managed to rebook us and reimburse us for the previous charge. Close enough to walk everywhere and stop by for AC to cool down from the hot weather! Parking was also easy, safe street for street parking - free after 7:30 and on Sundays, so costs were low and worry free. Early Bird parking nearby for $9 for an entire day for the Saturday.

Nothing - the best hotel we had on our trip.

Location was convenient to the Super Dome, was able to walk back to the hotel in the evening. Far enough, but close to Bourbon and Canal Street; that you could walk, but enjoy the comfort of not hearing all of the noise.

No transportation options from the airport, also had some guests sleeping in the hallway. Not sure if they were drunk or homeless, but didn't feel safe. Contacted the front desk attendant and he said he would check it out, but they were still there the next morning.

Everything went well. The hotel and my room/bathroom were immaculate. My room was situated where I had no direct neighbors so it was very quiet. The room was larger than I expected. It was a nice touch that the tv screen had a welcome message for me. The refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker were in perfect running order. The king bed was very comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I arrived to the hotel prior to 10 a.m. and was informed that my room was ready. I was just expecting to have the front desk hold my luggage, so it was wonderful that I had early access to my room. I liked that no one could access the upper floors unless they had a room card. Breakfast was included in my rate. The breakfast area was immaculate, the food was fresh and delicious, and the presentation was excellent.

My stay was perfect.

The location , the esthetics , it’s definitely a very very nice hotel, only stayed one night but may become my go to hotel moving forward .

My only issue was the front desk rep. I found it to be very displeasing that he asked was I a food deliverer & that I looked like I was about to deliver food. I had absolutely nothing in my hand so I was kind of taken back by that comment. Especially when I can very well afford to stay at that hotel . Someone else would have probably blew that entire situation out of proportion so it’s vital that your employees work on stereotypes and or judging a book by it’s cover .

Ursula was serving us every morning w/ her brightest smile. She took very good care of us. People like her is the reason why I feel in love w/ NOLA. Thank you, Ursula, we are already missing you every morning😘😁

Three girl in the parking building, she had some unnecessary attitude. She doesn't listen to the customer, and kept asking me to do what she wanted to be done. Not what I was there to do. By the end of everything I wasnt parking the car in the building. She kept asking me for the keys. Idk her name but she was a black young lady w/ long braided hair.

Hotel is walking distance from Bourbon and Canal St which is the heart of everything and depending on what shape your in the casino isn’t that far either. Place was clean and safe. Nice view of downtown from the room we booked given the fact that the hotel starts on the 11th floor. Staff was nice and prompt with check-in and check-out.

Be ready to pay for parking in New Orleans period but they did provide valet parking for $40/day or you could self parking the next block down for $25/night which the self park option was the lowest of anywhere during Essence Festival weekend. Other than the parking which really isn’t just the hotel I would give them a 10/10. Definitely my new go to spot when I visit. Oh yea, just fyi the pool is super small but the rooftop is still a vibe especially at night.

Room was excellent. My concern was I had a “do not disturb” sign on my door because I didn’t want anyone entering my room - the sign was ignored and the room was serviced. I told reception and that did resolve the issue.

I reserved 3 rooms identifying the 3 individuals that would be staying in those rooms. One of the individuals arrived ahead of me and was told he did not have a room. That was rectified. Then, at check in it was made clear that each individual would be paying for their own room. My bill was correct, but the bills for the other two were incorrect and one had a several additional charges added that were in error and this has not been effectively resolved.
