Room was very clean and spacious the location was very convenient and within walking distance to restaurants and other venues.

When I checked in I asked to provide credit card to cover incidental room charges I was told the amount would be $250.00 and refunded if no charges were made ,no charges were made. Front desk staff were unable to provide receipt when we checked out. The amount charged to my card was $500.00 and I have not been credited back. Front desk staff not responding to requests for credit. Very disappointed and irritated.

They only clean your room at the end of your stay (we had trash in our room and old towels stocked up for 4 nights); we had no hand soap; we asked for towels and did not get them until the following day.

The room was fantastic and had everything I could possibly need for my stay! The bed was very comfortable and there was a large tv in both the bedroom and living room. The full kitchen was well equipped, the air conditioning was really efficient, and the multiple ceiling fans kept everything nice and cool for my August stay. The location was perfect - within walking distance of the Charleston streetcar, French Quarter, WWII Museum, great restaurants... There were nice breakfast choices in the morning to get my day started, including hot oatmeal with plenty of toppings. I enjoyed the pool each evening and saw people taking advantage of the great bbq grill, outdoor tables, outdoor games, even a pickleball court!

While the room was very clean, the rug was quite shabby and needed to be replaced. The smell of the room was a bit musty, which I have found in other places with high heat/humidity.

The property is very convenient for the convention centre and for what I think is one of the best coffee places in New Orleans (Revolucion). Reception staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was a bonus and nice selection of fresh fruit, oatmeal, bagels and hot breakfast. The appartment had everything you needed to cook should you wish to and full size fridge.

Hard to find things I didnt like - some parts of hte property were a bit tired but that didnt detract from the experience

The staff was exceptionally accomodating and friendly. Front desk and valets especially!The beds were comfortable.. Breakfast choices were good but eggs taste funny.

We had a handicap accessible room which luckily we didn't need. The bathroom door was warped and hard to open and close and there would be no way a person with a disability could do it. The previous people must have spilled coffee and it was on the chair and the wall.left some trash by the door and Noone picked it up until the next day when we requested towels. No way to dim lights.

We had a great stay here! We had to store our luggage during our stay, and the staff was very helpful. The room was quite spacious. Breakfast was good. There were eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc. The man working the dining area was very nice. We didn't get to use the pool, but it seemed lovely. This hotel was in a safe location and was about a mile from St. Louis Cathedral. It was an easy walk in terms of directions. We would stay here again.

The hotel is very modern in a very quite area. My room was a suite very clean and spacious. The king size bed was comfortable. The large TV was nice . The breakfast was rich in a very pleasant sitting. There is also a large pool, nice tennis court and well equiped fitness center. I was surprised to find such a nice accomodation downtown New Orleans Art district. The hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling every day.

Only one thing didn't make my happy. You have to pay $40 extra a day for parking, vallet only, and the first time they brought my car back was covered vith leaves, day later the second time had a lot bird presents allover the driver window and top. For such a nice Hotel , and for their charges, they should at least provide a covered garage! I keep my car in the garage all the time when I am not using it.

We appreciated the very friendly staff. We enjoyed the garden area of this hotel very much. The breakfast was satisfying. The room was very specious and the room located towards the garden area was very quite (no traffic noise). The location of the hotel was good, we enjoyed being close to the the french quarter but not directly in it.

We did not enjoy seeing garbage and/or towels laying on the floor in the hallways, awaited to be picked up by employees. We also had to deal with excess garbage (we stayed for 6 nights) and when we asked where to dispose it, we were adviced by the staff to leave it in the hallway in front of our room, where it will be picked up. Convenient but not nice to look at.
