Room was nice and clean. Beds were decent. Close enough to bourbon st, the mall and any other place we attempted to go by uber. Complimentary water and mini sandwiches were a plus. Staff (Taylor) was very accommodating. The doormen/valet were also very nice. Didn't get a chance to visit the hotel bar.

Housekeeping came too early. They came about 830 am every day. Some nights the key cards were needed for the elevator (button didn't work properly the first night). Refrigerator was too small and didn't get too cold. Needed a menu on the TV for channels but couldn't get abc for sports which was odd. Driveway gets congested with valet after a certain time.

The property was in the heart of the city. It is in walking distance to the Convention Center, Riverwalk (shopping), and many restaurants. The front desk staff were polite and attentive to the needs of the guests. I particularly appreciated how all staff members made the guest feel welcomed into the hotel. The maintenance workers also provided recipes, hospitality, and suggestions to guest! 😊

Although I enjoyed my stay the valet services could be more customer friendly. I had to wait in my vehicle while 3 members of the valet team sit on a bench on their phones. It wasn’t until I exited the vehicle that they acknowledged my presence. Also, the cars are parked at least 4 blocks away so it is a longer than expected wait. Once I received my vehicle it smelled of marijuana and I wasn’t pleased.

The location on Fulton Street was excellent . Close to restaurants, downtown was a big plus for us during Mardi Gras. The hotel staff was very friendly and greeted us each day as we left for the parades.

The double beds are too small . The only option of a King or two double beds is not practical for us … I’m 6’2” and my wife is 5’4”. It’s was workable if you don’t move in your sleep …. Hahaha. We booked the double bed version so a family member could stay with us , but it’s not comfortable. Rooms are nice …. Beds too small!

Location is perfect not too close and not too far that you can walk to many key spots The restaurant downstairs has very good tasting food. Staff was very helpful and courteous

Bathroom sink handle was very hard to manage Some of the switches need changing in the room The room itself was usually cold even with the ac off during summer period. The ac unit was way too loud to sleep with it on

Large comfortable corner room - good facilities, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Long walk down corridor (room was at far end) but was worth it for quiet and view. We previously stayed more centrally but this was also a great location to access the French Quarter. The immediate area around the hotel is by the front and is quite lively due to the proximity of the casino, we then took a two stop ride on the trolleybus to access French Quarter (although had walked back the night before so it certainly felt safe)

Nothing we didn't like. However, Ladies restroom at lobby area did have sign saying wet floor but it was so wet just behind door into ladies that I took a nasty fall 5 minutes before our taxi came to leave. Did not have time to report to front desk. I would have suggested that, as well as signing the wet floor, it should have been dried properly. Just one of those things and I would not normally report it here but just wanted to make suggestion to avoid a more serious injury in the future.

Staff - I would like to recommend the services of Rich (Richney). Rich was so awesome. Very kind and attentive, managed to keep track of purchases I placed on Amazon. Always helpful, preoccupied with our stay and in a great mood, he made our stay a pleasure and incident free. He will take care of your luggage, for the 4PM check in, watch for correspondence, watch for a cab back to the airport, local issues in town. Top notch guy!

It was all good. But the Check-in at 4PM, and check out at 11AM (and in my case not a chance to have a late check out), is something to be kept in mind in particular after arriving from an international trip.

I loved the location of the property. It is well kept. It has a flair to it like much of New Orleans does. I also felt safe and liked the fact that you had to use a elevator key to get to the floors.

I wish they had a parking garage. However you can valet, park across the street at the Riverwalk, or do street parking.

I requested a quiet room also, an early check in. Both request met my expectations. The room was ready even earlier than expected. My husband always requests more coffee and cream and the housekeeper brought everything on time. The staff is very kind and professional, they make our stay much better.

I liked the size of the room for the cost. I enjoyed how friendly and attentive staff was from the time we arrived until the time we checked out.

I did not like the thought of having to pay for everything that came with the stay. Some items should've been complimentary as majority other hotels do. Whoever heard of having to pay for a COFFEE CUP, SERIOUSLY!!? I could handle the fact that it was short staffed when it came to valet. The gentlemen were still pleasant and getting the job done. I was even accepting of the jets not operating in our tub, which was disappointing but not a stay deal breaker but the fee for a coffee cup I was outdone with.

Nice room, quite large, and with a very comfortable bed. The staff was nice, and we appreciated the coffee in the morning, and cool water fountains in the afternoon. Location was not bad.

It would be nicer if it were a bit closer to downtown/French quarter, but it was not that far.
