Everything was great from the free drinks as we checked in to the free made to order breakfast the following morning, staff was very helpful with anything we needed and answered any question we had

I booked the room for 80 something dollars and then when I got their I was told that I had to pay a 50 dollar refundable deposit but it would go towards my parking which is 46$ to park at the same hotel your staying at…. Shouldn’t that be included in the price of the room or shouldn’t it be complementary since we are staying in your facility?

I probably stay here 5 to 6 times a year. You can find hotels cheaper in this location and even closer to the French Market. For me it was the perfect location. You are close enough to walk to anywhere you want to go but far enough away from the craziness of NOLA. The breakfast is very good. The food is good, the coffee is amazing because they serve Community Coffee...not sure why they don't provide Community in the rooms. I do wish for Belgium Waffles but that's just something you look forward to when you stay in a hotel.

I only have one compliant about the room and that is something the staff can't control. We were given a handicap assessable room and there was no counter top in the bathroom. It was justa pedestal sink. Women REALLY need counter tops in the bathroom.

The friendliness of staff at the Embassy Suite was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was awesome and amazing every morning. The entire hotel staff in every department was phenomenal in every area of customer service.

There is nothing that you could have done better. The entire stay was relaxing and very rewarding. The location was filled with many things to do from shopping restaurants, and touring sites within the area.

Charged more than what was shown; $200 more.

The breakfast was good. Fresh omelets every morning was excellent. The rooms were spacious enough for all of us. (Party of 5) Definitely would stay here again when in New Orleans.

1. The floor did not have an ice machine or vending machine so had to go to another floor to get ice. 2. The toilet sounded like a train when flushed so was very disruptive for late night bathroom runs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Diana the conceiger! Assisted with our tours of the city.

The Breakfast buffet didn't offer "grits" as a selection. Most Embassy Suites offer grits on the Breakfast buffet.....this was very disappointing to us!!!! Also the food at the bar was horrible.....Po boy and Hamburger sandwich would not recommend.

Mr Joshua, Ms Diane, and Ms Desiree led a capable team of staff who were friendly and accommodating despite the hotel being busy with basketball teams, marching bands, and a wedding party staying at the same time.

Laundry was not available.

The suite was large and beautiful. And the sunrise over that balcony was to die for.

Being the Presidential Suite, I expected it to be in much better condition. The faucets gave me massive anxiety as you couldn't turn them off like a normal faucet handle - not a one. The handles spun and spun and spun until you reached the exact location to the turn off the water. At one point, I thought we were going to have to have Maintenance come up for an emergent fix so we wouldn't waste water all night. And then there was only one ice machine in the whole hotel that had ice and we literally got off on every floor trying to figure out which one it was. Oh, and then my friend valeted her car and $50 was somehow charged to my room stay without any notification whatsoever.

Breakfast was great.

Pool was not cleaned and foggy water.

The hotel staff was exceptional from arrival to departure. I felt like I made the best decision about the trip just booking this particular hotel. Cameron started it out by being very friendly and accommodating. The valet staff was even top notch. If I could give more than 10 stars I would.
