Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Warehouse Arts District

Property was close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping and tour bus. Room and common areas were clean. All the staff from valet, front desk and housekeeping greeted me and assisted on any requests.

The mattress was too soft and the air conditioner vents blew right over the head of the bed. The toilet in my room was so low it felt like it was intended for small children and I am only 5.5 ft tall. Lobby was more than cold it was freezing to the point that family members couldn't sit and enjoy facilities. While on vacation I prefer to sleep in a little bit. Hours for the Bistro should be extended to at least 10am Monday-Friday.

I was taking a honeymoon cruise and I needed the hotel just for a the night until our ship left. The location was great and I wish we could have stayed longer. I do plan to stay there in the future as well.

I don't have any complaints, we only stayed overnight and cruised out the next day.

It was the staff they where amazing. It was this one lady who would tell me happy birthday every time I walked u to the lobby and that made my entire day every time she made me feel special my entire stay

Pool area and ice machine was down

The room was very comfortable and the location was convenient for our needs.

The breakfast was adequate for the time we stayed. However, we would have liked more to be available in a hot breakfast. There wasn't much information given to us about other places to eat nearby. Also there was some indication that we would have been billed for a another night's stay in error. However, we called up our credit card company and it appears it was resolved without anyone from the hotel getting back to us.

I think the breakfast should have been complimentary breakfast and not have to pay for it especially when you already have to pay so much to stay at the property already X amount of days. other than that the property was nice and clean.

it was located in a central location to the things I wanted to do

I was told I could check out at 3pm by the staff at the front desk but then was called by manager at 2pm and he told me I needed to be out by 2:30 because I wasn’t a Marriott rewards member. He was actually kind of rude and I feel like he should have asked his staff what happened before calling my room to put me out

I liked this hotel . 1. Easy check in . Very clean and roomy . The hotel is close to the river walk mall, the casino, burbon street , and many restaurants. The parking was full , so We had to park like a block away . For some reason when we got there it was 30 more dollars than what we was told , no biggie but I think they charged us for the bar , which we didn’t even use . I will stay back at this hotel when I’m in New Orleans again .

We was charged a extra 30 dollars . Instead of 168 it was 199, something like that

The location was great there were many different options available to choose from, with food and entertainment. We loved that the River walk was in walking distance.

Our heater didn’t work in our room and it took the electrician forever to come, due to being over at the Spring Hill working on their heat. The neighbors were loud and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming!

I was located next to the stairs

Room prep. Hair that wasn’t mine was found. Not enough towels or toothpaste and tooth brushes. My garbage cans had to liners. And some staff looked into my family at times rudely when asking for services.

Overall the rooms were nice and the location was great. Staff was friendly when walking into the facility.

The beds were too hard; was not told there was not cleaning of the rooms; was not told that it was rooms only as everything else was closed; had to request towels and trash bags to get the trash out of the room.
