Nice size room/clean. Large bathroom with a nice walk in shower. Plenty of free parking. Close to Mall and other stores/gas stations. Received a free beverage from the Manager between 4:30/6:30 PM. Nice touch. Breakfast was good/included and the coffee was hot. .

Hilton seems to have a design flaw. The walls are paper thin and you hear your neighbors (talking, etc etc). Turning on the room heat/cooling to make some white noise helped. About a mile from the Interstate but no road noise, which is worth it. Did not get a receipt/bill upon check out as front desk staff said I booked it via a third party! That's weird. The Hilton location the previous night printed me out a receipt with no issues, even though I had booked it with Booking.com

Breakfast was included. Most of the food was good, but selection was limited. We enjoyed the free tea/coffee in the Lobby area. The pool was nice to use after a tiring day. Variety of places to eat nearby, some within easy walking distance. The fridge and microwave were very welcome for take out meals. Hotel in quiet location with plenty of parking.

We were a family of 4 adults in one room with 2 Queensize beds. The room was rather small for us and our luggage.

Breakfast was good. Room was decent. Staff was very good. Amenities were good, and the free glass of beer/wine/soda at a certain time was a surprise.

The hotel was kind of hidden and almost missed it. But that is what made a decent hotel a little more affordable than ones closer to downtown. Wish they had a to do list along with the what food is near the area. The food map itself which also showed some other thing was decent and we used that. For visitors having restaurant recommendations is important. Another hotel where the tv guide did not match the tv stations.

First, the hotel said it did not have the reservation I booked with you. The front desk was unhelpful and disinterested. So I was forced to basically start from scratch. The result was a slightly higher charge than Booking.com’s. After a long and arduous day this was very upsetting. So whose at fault-Booking or the hotel?

See above. Too many on the front desk are unhelpful. Or disinterested. Very unwelcoming. One young man was pleasant but one woman was disinterested and couldn’t care less that the Booking reservation was lost. A second woman messed up our request to have our room cleaned putting it down for the wrong day. The staffing here is simply unhelpful.

The staff was pleasant. The rooms were pretty clean. very little hair, and no bed bugs so that's a plus.

The snoring from the guy through the wall behind my bed woke me up very early morning. I had to go out and get earplugs. Sunday night was nice. Friday night was ok, but Saturday wasn't fun at all with the noise. Was woken up and kept up until I found earplugs and had to sleep with my head away from the wall. The breakfast was appreciated, But it would have been nice if it were consistently kept hot. At times it was lukewarm and even cold. The staff was friendly. I was a little surprised to find out that the staff isn't allowed to use the pool.

Breakfast was tasty, well stocked and had a good variety. Loved the all day coffee! Room was clean and the refrigerator was a bonus for us. Even though there were ALOT of kids staying there it was fairly quiet.

Beds were saggy and the pillows flattened right out. Took a bit to figure out the thermostat. Kept trying to turn it down and it kept going back up. Once we figured it out it was ok.

I came back to this hotel because of the A-1 service of the staff! I literally feel like family there. It was good to see James and Ashley again they’re awesome 🤩 the amenities are unmatched and that’s really important for a traveler like myself! The bed was comfortable the room was very clean I’d suggest this hotel to anyone visiting the area

The price went up so that was a bummer I would hope that someone staying extended periods of time could get a better discount

Everything went well from checking in to checking out. Nice breakfast each morning. Great location for getting around Portsmouth Would definitely use this location again.

No complaints! I can honestly say there was nothing to complain about.

Friendly staff quiet and tucked away all by itself but close enough to all the essential places for a quick stop. And close to the highway

Pool closes too early and there isn't much to do after 8-9pm as everything closes early

No offense but the breakfast really does not interest us. We prefer to go to Starbucks. There is not enough protein and too many carbohydrates in your breakfast. If we do have to eat it we prefer the protein yogurt and eggs. Prefer eggs in omelette form with eggs. Love the shampoo and conditioner.

Prefer bar soap in shower rather than the liquid soap provided.
