The breakfast was more extensive than expected and the food and coffee were delicious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Having a microwave and mini fridge in the room was very helpful.

The room size was a bit tight, but manageable.

The Staff was exceptionally helpful, despite a rocky start to our stay. The GM, Angel, went out of her way to make up for a difficult first night, which we deeply appreciated, and the friendly staff made the rest of our stay quite comfortable.

The only problem we experienced was a room that a previous guest had smoked in. It was against the rules of the property, and was not their fault, but it made the room unlivable for our stay. Because there were few options, we took a smaller room for the first night, which was satisfactory, but disappointing after a 10-hour trip to get there.

There was one staff member that was very rude to us when we were in the pool. I did not get her name but blonde with a tie. When we got to the pool there was an orange lifesaver already in the water. We didn't pay any mind to it and left it there. When this employee came to the pool she yelled at my son and said that wasn't a toy and demanded he return it to her. She could have been polite about it and asked if we moved it but just decided to yell. The next 2 days the same lifesaver was in the pool when we got there

The rooms were clean and tidy. The bathroom was an actual full bathroom like you would find at your grandmother's house with wallpaper and a full shower, tiled floors, etc. The pool area was outside but had chairs you could lay on. Pool was cool but not cold. I can't imagine it's temperature regulated. Parking is first come first serve. Luckily, there were plenty of spaces around the front but if not you could be walking across the lot with all of your things since the rooms are not stacked but rather laid out like a ranch. Sheets were clean, bed was comfortable. The AC and fridge worked. I didn't enjoy the breakfast or free coffee but the desk is open 24 hours. For under $200 a night, this place would be of great value. At $200+, I would consider it but also look at comparable places in the area.

The price was a little high for the amenities. Pool outside and weather dependent. One bathroom in the main lobby area and one ice machine in the same place. It was more quaint than I expected for over $200 a night, especially for a Sunday to Monday stay, not a Friday to Saturday or Saturday to Sunday.

They are doing many updates on the property so that is great because the hotel is gorgeous. The staff was also super helpful. The gentleman who checked us in the evening was terrific with my daughter and was very accommodating. He asked us multiple times how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Such wonderful customer service!

Bathrooms were outdated but again I know that they are remodeling and updating.

Location was great quite spot not to many people or to much noise. Breakfast was a delight and staff was nice that was running it.

One thing that could’ve been better as a customer is that the hostess or front desk receptionist should explain everything about the stay what’s there for activity or things to do like the pool, but when we went found out it had been being worked on. And also just making sure every room is up to date with screening in the windows, AC Working, and everything the customer needs to be comfortable where they stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent- great variety. The owners (Adele and Sully) were extreemly nice and helpful. We had a bottle of wine and asked for glasses and Adele gave us champagne flutes!!!! Parking was right in front of our room. The location was convenient to shopping and dining. They even had FREE electric car charging stations (2 for Tesla and 1 for non-Tesla vehicles)

Super clean and comfy. Staff was very welcoming; we came in around 1130pm. I rated it an 8 but would actually rate it closer to a 9 (can't go back to change the rating).

I love when hotels/inns have good freezer/fridge snacks or some sort of meal-like assortments. We got in pretty late and forgot to stop for food and while we were helped to complimentary muffins and poptarts, some for-purchase Stouffer's or Cup of Noodles would've been great, especially since they had an in-room microwave!

The staff personality was excellent. Took care of us right away.

Breakfast was good, staff was super friendly and helpful, room was clean and there was good water pressure. Pet friendly!!

We had a weird storm cell blow through and since there is about a 1 inch gap under the door so much water came in and from the around the fire alarm stuff blew all over the floor - I called the front desk and they offered to move us or clean up so as I said the staff was great but it made me feel like there needs some maintenance.
