The rooms are huge! The beds are so comfortable, and everything just looks and feels clean and fresh. It is such a refreshing stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect - we didn't have to use the car at all during our whole stay. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance open till late into the night.

On-site valet parking is extremely expensive at 30$ a night. There is a garage right across the street that offers parking for 15$ a night.

Downtown location was perfect. We could walk to everything we wanted to do, boat tours, dining, shops etc.... We paid a premium for that, but I'd do it again. When we did leave by car it was fairly easy to get in and out of town. Bit of traffic, but not bad at all.

The Valet price was a bit of a kick in pants. $35 a day....when the room is $700/night you think they'd park the damn car for free. I feel the valet "Extra" price was a bit of a "Nickle and Dime" of us. They should just add the $35 to the room fee. I wouldn't have even noticed. I'd still tip the Valet guys each time. They moved quick and very friendly. They were 5stars! Not their fault the base cost was an Add On, instead of included with the room.

clean, location, large rooms

ADA room had low toilet and tub, not a same-level step-in shower. My elderly disabled mom could not get off the toilet herself- even with grab bars- nor take a shower or bath. Desk chair was also low. disappointing since we had requested an ADA compliant room. Also, the breakfast was sub-par typical chain hotel fare- yuk. they ran out of things too. Parking at hotel was $35/day! cheaper lots across the street or on-street for free. there should be no charge for parking when the hotel is already expensive.

The room was nice, the hotel location was great. I would have given all 10s if the parking valet wasn’t a jerk. When you pay over $700 for a one night stay and $35 for parking and leave on a Sunday when city parking is free you shouldn’t have to pay an extra $30 for 20 mins after your check out time to move your vehicle. When there was PLENTY of parking for all other customers.

I feel like that valet robbed me of $30 for me to then turn around and leave after thinking it over in my car for 10 mins. I just shouldn’t have paid him. He made it seem like I did this huge thing wrong by not being back right at 1pm. The hotel got enough of my money. I won’t go to this hotel again just because of how rude the valet was, I wish I asked him his name because he is horrible with customers. I was staying for my birthday too so the fact I didn’t get that special treatment to go above and beyond for the customer just doesn’t make a customer for life.

Clean, modern, breakfast hot and something for everyone( don’t expect restaurant food) but decent. Pool great for kids and was clean ( bring water shoes for toddlers, area around the pool slippery when wet). Hot Coffee, tea, hot chocolate station free throughout day!! Coffee was good!

Don’t pay for ocean view room, ocean blocks away. Room pricey ( clean room but nothing spectacular) Beds short( wasn’t a problem for me but if you are over 6ft definitely get king size bed, ours were queen). Costs $35 per night extra for valet parking if you use. You could also park on street ( right In city so they have to valet park because parking lot limited in space.

Nice spacious clean room. No issue getting a cot. Breakfast was pretty good but wish there was more fresh fruit. Super convenient location. Everything was clean and staff were helpful. There's a grocery store and a Walgreens just a few blocks up, an easy walk.

Parking is by valet only and costs $35/night. There's other pay parking lots nearby but the cost savings is minimal, especially if you leave/return multiple times. On-street parking right near the hotel is 2 hours max.

I was not informed that I would be charged 30 dollars for valet parking. This was very disappointing.

Would be good to have crockery and cutlery as room includes microwave. Would be good to have Netflix. This comment is an observation of most hotels- not exclusive to this one. Rooms are no longer serviced- which is better for the environment. Hampton Inn have done away with the small plastic toiletries- again a good move. But the wastage of paper plates and cups and plastic cutlery needs to be addressed. Just my opinion.

The breakfast was yummy. We loved the complimentary tea and coffee. Location is great. Very well kept hotel.

The pool needs repairs. There are visible tears in the lining. Also the pool arrangement should be clean ever 1-2hrs. There was wet towels all over one day. And then the next There was so e ones liner dorm there new under part of There suit just sitting by the pool, grooose. Also random hairs on the floor by the pool yuk.

The ADA-compliant room had a low toilet which my mother could not get off of without me hoisting her. Humiliating. The grab bars don’t help if the toilet is too low. Also she could not step into the tub. We expected a walk-in shower or tub. Otherwise I would have given this hotel a higher rating.
