Location. Kayaking. River view. Bed comfort. Clean room.

Breakfast food could be more than coffee and pre packaged danish. My biggest complaint was lack of privacy due to shared deck design. We had pedestrian traffic going by our only door/window because people had to walk by our room to get to theirs on the same deck. I’d prefer a private balcony

The view of the Ogunquit River was great; the lawn area and patios were nice. The pool looked nice and clean. We caught the Trolley right out front. The staff was welcoming. There was a mini fridge and toiletries. The room was clean. The room was comfortable and cool.

The shower door wouldn't stay closed. The room was a bit damp. There is a sidewalk only to the left of the property, so walking to the right is a bit hazardous. The steps down from the parking lot are uneven and a bit difficult.

We came here for a girls trip, the property was gorgeous with a view of the river and waterfall. Just a short drive or trolley ride to downtown Ogunquit. Also super close to Scoop Deck in Wells. It looks like it might have gotten some work lately, the lobby is clean and welcoming, rooms are clean with comfy mattresses and hot shower.

Beware if you stay on the 4th floor, there are no elevators. The view is absolutely worth it as it faces the river and there’s a deck right out your front door but you will have to lug your suitcases up a few flights of stairs.

Gorgeous views from the back of property! Breakfast was good. No frills but definitely filling. Coffee was great! The beds were awesome! Especially the first two nights which were in 320. If you want a king bed that’s like sleeping on a cloud, with spectacular views, ask for this room!

Okay … the worst part if this hotel is the very steep incline to get to the rooms with a view. If you have mobility issues, lots of luggage, or aren’t an downhill Olympic skier, then these rooms will be a challenge!

The room was very clean, beds very comfortable. The view outstanding. Breakfast acceptable. Staff very courteous and helpful.

We had a room in building 3 (unit 311) access was difficult for anyone of older age and/or has difficulty walking. Very steep pathways whether using paved walkway or even stairs. Would definitely request unit in bldg 100 next time. Desk staff suggested street side room might be better but then you don't have benefit of view the river, etc.

we asked for first floor and when we got there our room was down a long flight of stairs, down the outside of the building and around the corner out back. i asked to change rooms because I can’t do stairs and they said the ground level was actually the third floor. Obviously guests wouldn’t know that. when someone says first floor they mean ground floor. While we were in the lobby another guest came to check in and had the same issue we did. They also requested a different room. The staff was able to change our room thankfully but I’m guessing this must happen quite a bit. The staff should discuss this when someone books a room.

The location was superb. We took a ground floor overlooking a river. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The coffee was great. The staff was helpful, the mini refrigerator was large enough to hold all our items, and it felt good being there. I like to kayak and there was a kayak outfitter right on the premises. I kayaked from the hotel down the river which is really an estuary. I was peaceful and wonderful.

The breakfast was very poor. We were given cookies. I knew it was continental but I expected a danish or a bagel, something that was a little more substantial and not just sugar.

I love the location. The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful.

They have new housekeeping staff that does not speak English. Our first morning there they were knocking on the door at 8:30 to get in our room. The day we were leaving with a checkout time of 11:0am they wanted to get in our room at 9:20 before we were even packed to leave. There was no do not disturb signs to put on the door.

I liked the location , it avoided downtown Ogunquit. The room was spacious and clean. The property is well maintained. I enjoyed the chairs on the lawn and the pool.

I wish I had a room with a balcony. My view of the river also had a large tree blocking the view.

View was beautiful and loved it. Room was ok. Certain spots needed to be cleaned better and updated. No microwave and or table to sit at. And breakfast was good but not sure that is was worth $13 per person.

Table and microwave in room. And breakfast should have been included for what we paid for the room. Also the kayak rental was never open when we were there.
