Pier 5 Hotel Baltimore, Curio Collection by Hilton

The location was absolutely perfect! Perfect location to go to the aquarium, about a 5 minute walk! The staff at the front desk Shayliah was so sweet and super nice! And the breakfast was absolutely amazing! Monty has the absolute best personality and he made my husband and I the best omelet ever! The view of the harbor while eating breakfast is amazing as well! We loved our stay and will be back again! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping made our stay perfect! We also upgraded our room to a King with harbor view and balcony which was an added bonus. Parking is super close and convenient and added onto your bill. Thank you all so much! We appreciate you all!

The only thing that I would say it was missing would be a microwave. Other than that, nothing!

We had a kitchenette, but no microwave. We could hear every word the people in the room next door said as well as the party below. Apparently the rooms could be adjoined but there is no insulation between the two other than a thin door. We tried to put a towel under. Parking extremely overpriced. We stayed 3 nights with 2 cars.

being woken up twice in the morning to see if I had checked out. check out was at 12pm. someone knocked on the door and tried to come in (luckily I had the top lock on) at 830 and someone else came and knocked at 1030 to see if I checked out. it was very disturbing as I am not a morning person. I work overnight.

No refrigerator or microwave inside the room

Great location, right next to the National Aquarium and other site seeing activities in the area. Parking was easy to find and also close by. Lots of restaurants nearby and the hotel is right on the pier.

Hotel is in need of a face lift. Our faucet in the bathroom was leaking and there was mildew in the shower. Breakfast was extra, which for the price you pay for the hotel should've been included.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Beautiful location. Safe and clean grounds. Will be choosing this location for all my trips to Baltimore. The happy hour and breakfast were fantastic.

The balcony WHAT! Who else has this in Bmore?!

The elevators had a problem the morning I left... no biggie, it happens to the best hotels. But, we couldn't find the stairs! There are visible stairs leading to the 2nd floor from the lobby and that's it. Third floor you have to use the doors that hint that an alarm will be triggered if you open them. I was hesitant, but finally got the nerve to try them and!... all was fine no alarm 😅 Other than that little confusing detail, great stay!

parking was not included. pillow was way to hard. bathroom was pretty dated but functional.

Great style & decor altho needed touching up, great amount of electrical & usb outlets, comfy bed, plenty dresser & closet space, staff friendly & accommodating, good observance of COVID guidelines, fair price with Booking.com deal but not if paying full price. Super convenient to lots of attractions, restaurants and shopping. Also nice that two restaurants under the same roof deliver free of charge.

The hotel isn't "curio" level anymore, seems it hasn't been maintained since I last stayed about 6 years ago. "Harbor view" meant facing the aquarium walls, harbor was out to the left if I stood at the window. Toilet was dirty, bathroom door stuck each time, toiletries weren't high end, towels were mismatched, in-room coffee was short in cups and sweeteners upon checkin, no PPV movies and kinda limited TV options.

The room itself was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

The shower in the room needed a serious look over, the shower curtain was ripped in multiple places, the shower knob was broken and the pressure was bad.
