Great community atmosphere. Like the work spaces and water station and the variety of snacks available for purchase. The room was comfy and well designed. Love the black out blinds and the bed was comfortable. Also greatly appreciated that they recycle. The TV did not have a way to connect to our Amazon Prime , but it had Netflix and cable TV channels

There is major construction going on right outside this building. Would be good to know in advance. Also it is $25 for parking at hotel but ther front desk clerk was kind enough to let us know it is only $5 in the public garage across the street.

The room was very large, clean, and modern. It also had a smart TV, which was great. The breakfast was pretty good, and their gym was great, too. The location was great and close to so much! We barely used our car while there. The parking garage was conveniently located right across the street as well.

The staff could've been more friendly. We thought breakfast started at 6 and went down at 6:30. All of the stuff was ready, so we assumed we could take some. Then some very large man informed us it didn't start til 7 in a very hostile manner. The front desk also barely looked up from their desk when we were trying to talk to them. The cleaning staff were excellent, though.

Breakfast was nice. My daughter loved the pancakes. The rooms were clean and well appointed. All day tea and coffee was a nice touch. The location was great for walking to fells point and the harbor. There was an incident where my 10 year old caught an elderly man filming her on his phone while she was gathering her breakfast from the buffet. She ran to me very distraught but did not want me to approach the man. I spoke to the woman at the front desk who took us very seriously. Later that day, she told me she had discussed the matter with her GM and they had looked at the cameras and that the man (who had been living there for months) had been asked to check out the next day. It was great to be taken so seriously over such a serious matter. I really appreciated that. 10/10 would stay again.

I wish the breakfast and drinks were not served with disposable plates, cups and cutlery. Would have been nice if the eggs were less dry. Maybe they are a powdered mix?

I really enjoyed how close it was to everything. And the parking across the street was a real benefit. As I was coming into the city for a surgical procedure at Johns Hopkins, proximity was important. The hotel was very clean, and check in process very straightforward. The breakfast in the morning is more than adequate and with a mesmerizing pancake maker you can watch grill your pancakes.

I found the front desk staff to be very gracious and nice with the exception of one person who I found a bit gruff when I asked questions, including how to operate their credit card reader.

This is a place with a young and hospitable vibe. Comfortable but not luxurious, generous but not over the top. The staff is friendly, accommodating respectful and professional. It was clean and welcoming. We needed a place to stay overnight while visiting relatives, this was clean and comfortable as we had where to go and what to do. Good basic breakfast.

Would have liked a safe in the room. There was no cloud closet but there was an iron and board. No chair or place to sit in room, but plenty of comfortable shared space in lobby.

Room was immaculate. Large bathroom with shower. Queen beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. Hotel staff was amazing. Cole & Miriam in particular called Lyft to order car to pick us up at airport when we were stranded. Lyft drivers were all very personable and helpful in getting us to Camden Yards and helped with auto rental next day. Hotel served hot breakfast, especially liked the pancakes and sausage. Would definitely stay at Tru by Hilton again.

No complaints of any kind. Hotel staff went far above what I expected.

Breakfast was good and included. Room was clean and comfy. Enjoyed the common area near the lobby with shuffleboard and large tables for groups. Parking was right across the street but did cost $20/day. Location was walking distance to Fells Pt or Inner Harbor.

It would be nice to have hard boiled eggs to the breakfast. Also, the toaster was very week. Had to toast Bagels 4 times. Housekeeping was a bit slow. Called for fresh towels and got just Bath towels. Asked for new wash clothes but never received them.

I really liked how they had a clear aesthetic choice and committed to it throughout the entire facility. For the amount of space available in a place like Baltimore, the room was shockingly not cramped.

Maybe this is just because I'm a very slow riser in the mornings, but I disliked that breakfast ended at 9 on Friday and 10 on Saturday. The climate control lacked a way to set it so that it would only cool, only heat, or be off completely. I'd rather wish I could just set it to my preferred temperature and not worry if it got any cooler than that..

The team member, Tony, at the front desk was exceptional. He was so welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable for a one night stay for 2 people. I could see how some might find the hotel noisy, but our room on the top floor was quiet (and we had reasonable neighbors who weren't loud). Fresh, good quality coffee in the lobby was a nice perk. The location was excellent - easy walking distance to the inner harbor attractions, but also far enough away from the more congested areas. Parking was easy and inexpensive at the parking garage across the street - $5 for one night on the weekend!?! Crazy! We would totally stay here again if our travels take us to Baltimore.

The only issues we could find were that the pillows were a little bit uncomfortable, but the bed was nice. Also, the shower had low water pressure and it took a long time to warm up. But once it was warm, it was fine. I would have had an issue if I needed to wash my hair, since the water pressure was so low. But since we only stayed one night, it was fine.

The hotel is modern and cute inside..nice common area and really clean. My son loves it. There's a little 24 hour snack shop behind the lobby for things like chunky soup, frozen twix, small ice creams... Which is nice. Also a nice hot breakfast in the morning Is included.. scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, pancakes or waffles etc

The parking situation is somewhat dreadful and although sparse is nice the rooms dont have a microwave which would be helpful.. there is a microwave in the lobby/common area.
