Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor

i was disappointed when after the first day my room was not cleaned or tydeid, only after I complained they informed me that I had to request cleaning the room, after that, the room was cleaned daily. one drawer was broken and it took them two days to fix. there is no room or restaurant service. otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful. the area worked for me but the location is far from tourist attractions besides fells point. would absolutely recommend it to anyone who askes.

i got a room with two beds even though I requested just one, the pay off was I got a bigger room with a siting area.

Convenient location, although I didn't think it was actually as pictured, about a block or two further from what is pictured. The room was good, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the onsite bar and bistro. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The elevator in the parking garage was hard to find, we went in one that led us to a dentist. Even with the signage they had, still very hard to find. We were lost in the parking garage with another family shocked that between the 8 of us we couldn't find the elevator - ended up taking another one and walking around the block. Also I thought the picture online was a little deceiving, I thought I would be about 2 blocks up on the circle based on online pictures - but it was still close to everything!

The front desk person first could not find my reservation and then later told me about having to pay for my parking within 30 minutes and not being clear that that needed to be done by me or I would be charged a $40 fee in addition to the parking fee. There was a ticket on my car when I went to take it out and they were tickets on the other car, so I think there is a bit of a scam going on there.

The staff was very courteous and accommodated all the requests pertaining to room as well as stay. The Bistro cafe was excellent for breakfast and provided nutritious dishes. The laundry was also good and often vacant for the use.

There was nothing to not like about. The Hotel is at a prime and "SAFE" location, making it easy for various commutes. Also, walking down the lanes from the hotel to the inner harbor is a pleasant experience.

We have been staying at this hotel for years because we love the location, midpoint between inner harbor and Fells point. We also appreciated the parking vouchers.

We missed the infused water in the lobby (which we are assuming was Covid related). We were also very disappointed to see that the pool was gone!! We hope that will re-open at some point. I also feel that breakfast should be included with the cost of the room!!

I like that the room was on a higher floor; would have liked a better view. Reservationists were very friendly and helpful which we expected due our prior visits. We asked if there was a microwave we could use and was told that they could deliver one to our room. That was really a surprise to us.

No garbage bags in the trash cans.

Desk clerk rattled off parking instructions so fast that I thought I understood andI I did not. They were very confusing and my husband was mortified when he had to back out of garage because he couldn’t get in. When I returned to desk for clarification she acted like I was a complete idiot. Just her tone was somewhat condescending. I have been a Marriott Rewards customer for countless years and expect better treatment than being made to feel like a bumpkin that doesn’t understand the workings of a parking garage.

The hotel is very clean throughout with EXCEPTIONAL staff (I can't say enough about the staff) and in a perfect location for me.

It is time to do some interior updates. Desk chairs need to be replaced (pleather is peeling - 2 rooms). Picture hung in bathrooms has water stain (two rooms). This is minor stuff as the rooms and bathroom were very clean (most important!)

The staff was friendly, and the location was very good for Inner Harbor. Just a short overnight stay, so not too much else to say about it.

Nothing to complain about, although one elevator was not working. I assume they will fix that quickly.

Location at the quiet part of the Inner harbor. Good room size. Felt safe. It is connected directly with the carpark (extra charges applies

Extra charges needed for the carpark, but a discount for the hotel guest would be appreciated.
