location and nice view

In my culture, giving tips to the hotel staff or bellhops is considered inappropriate because this is their job. Their job is to serve customers and visitors. They get paid only for doing this. Therefore, when I visited Four seasons Baltimore, USA, I don’t give any tips to the staff. I totally forget about it!! I don’t use to. As result, some hotel staff and bellhops were not nice to me. They seemed upset and unhappy to help or serve me. Sadly, they didn’t treat me as well as other US customers. they did not understand that I’m foreigner and I came from different culture. My heart hurts….

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were comfortable and clean as expected for a four seasons chain of hotel. The front desk and roof top bar staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great and felt safe.

Rooms were pool facing, which was noisy during summer. The pool floor looks dirty from the room so we didn’t use the pool at all. The outdoor bar on the ground floor were full and no one wld serve us a drink from either the bar or the restaurant, both located on the ground floor, so we left without any drinks after having waited for them to serve us. I guess they were too busy and need to sort out their “protocol” on where to be seated in order to get our drinks.

Abraham, at the front desk, was incredible. He took care of us, gave us cans of water, upgraded our room to a harbor suite, parked our car valet even though we got in after midnight and the valet was closed, brought out suitcases up for us, and was charming and made our stay magical. The room was incredibly well appointed, and blew us away with all the thoughtful touches and attention to detail.

Breakfast was good. I accidentally booked twice. The manager saw understood and canceled one of the inadvertent bookings (at least I think he did, need to check my receipt again, seemed kind of high).

Breakfast wasn’t included in the nightly stay.

I hotel is very pricey .. but the room was nice .. I like how you can watch TV on the bathroom mirror .. shower head dropping from ceiling was awesome wish it was a little hotter. The beds was ok not really soft but doable . We had the harbor view and at night it was beautiful and sun rise you can see all the boats etc on water . The infinite pool was awesome I like how the water looks like it’s running over constantly. The drinks and view at pool decent . Lots of nice restaurants maxiom.. just one to name ... our bar at oyster bar was nice SEEMS LIKE YOU ARE ON A MINI RESORT . Can’t forget about JP manager he was awesome and I liked his hospitality but overall nice place to stay if you want to spent over 800 for one night .

Check in that’s it .. room was ready for the money you pay ..

The property was beautiful and the staff was as I'd expect from a Four Seasons - beyond courteous. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Beautiful views of the marina from my room, but breathtaking views from The Bygone on the 29th floor.

The spa experience. Most importantly because they could not accommodate me. But also the response time to let me know they can't accommodate me was hugely disappointing. It took 48 hours for a return phone call, and that was after I spoke with someone on my second call to them, who said it would be escalated. For the price I was paying for a four seasons, I'd expect a call within a few hours, not 48... and having indicated exactly what service I was looking for and when - I'd think they'd be calling me to confirm a massage, not to advise of no availability.

That it was on the harbor. Beautiful scenery. Staff was just marvelous.

I would have liked to had a better view of the harbor and latern flies took over on my balcony at night.

Excellent

I paid $ 1000.00 for the hotel room. For that price I believed that I was going to receive at least a Junior Suite. Instead we had a relatively nice room. but NOT a room that would cost $ 1000.00 for The Four Seasons Baltimore on a Saturday night stay. I am most disappointed in the Four seasons & also Booking. com for the charge
