The beds, rooms and lobby were very clean and nice. It was close to a shopping center we were able to walk to. Hotel was quiet and enjoyable.

The only thing I really didn’t care for wasn’t anything big but there was a big clump of hair at the bottom of the pool. I’m kind of a clean freak so it bothered me. Did I still swim, yes but I just didn’t go to that corner of the pool.

WELL, I ASKED FOR A SMOKING ROOM AND I DIDN'T GET IT. BUT OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THE POOL AREA WAS GREAT. IT WAS OPEN SO I WAS VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. THE ELEVATORS WERE A LITTLE TRIPPY THEY WOULD GO TO RANDOM FLOORS.

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A SMOKING ROOM THAT I ASKED FOR IF THEY OFFER IT. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. IT JUST SEEMED LIKE BY THE TIME WE GOT TO THE TABLE IT WAS COLD. I THINK THEY NEED BETTER WARMERS FOR THE FOOD. IT WAS A BUFFET BREAKFAST AND THEY OFFERED 5 HOT THINGS AND THE FRUIT WAS BITTER. YOU CAN GET MUFFINS, BAGELS, TOAST, AND CEREAL AS WELL. SO THAT WAS NICE. OVERALL FOR BREAKFAST ILL GIVE A 3 OUT OF 5.

The room was quiet and the beds/pillows comfortable. The hotel renovation was good.

The traffic at this exit was heavy so to travel the block to the gas station beyond the hotel, and back was approximately 20 minutes from the exit off 270. So if traveling for a quick overnight stay while traveling the East Coast, I might not choose this one again just based on that 20 minutes.

The lady at the front desk Kemari was soooo pleasant and welcoming. She made my family and I felt like we knew each other for years. My boys loved her so much. And I was also amazed by her customer service skills. Kemari was very informal, and know how to go above and beyond for her guest. She definitely made my family and I want to travel back sometime soon, just because of how perfect she was

They was nothing we disliked like during our stay

The evening desk receptionist, Timothy Anderson was fabulous. He was welcoming ,sincere and greeted us like family every time we saw him. He should be your Hilton Star-- a truly committed Hilton team member. He extended himself in everyway to us. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was awesome. Cookie upon arrival nice touch !!

My visit for a basketball tournament. The hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location was great!! The hotel is beautiful (emaculant) the pool and gym were perfectly available. I highly recommend a stay, and I can't wait to return to enjoy some shopping in the area and some me time...💕👍💕

Concerning the hotel and its amenities everything was great.

The rate in hotel was higher than when I booked on Booking. I put all the correct data concerning family members. But in hotel they said that because of my sons age I will have to pay more for breakfasts. I report to Booking customer service, but haven't received answer from 26th August 2022 (more than month and a half).

I liked the location of the hotel .

I didn’t like you couldn’t just get a side order of one thing for the breakfast you had to pay 18$ and could eat only once . I didn’t like the hair in the bathroom and the dirty sheets on the bed The cleaning is bare minimum

The room was clean and housekeeping came up with a hairdryer and extra towels. The people at the desk were very pleasant and helpful.

I didn’t think that the cost of the room was economical at $275 per night. So if the room charge was less, I would stay there more often. Also, the bathroom in the lobby needed servicing. One stall was without toilet paper, and the other had a flood on the floor.

I reserved a double room with two queen beds and this is exactly what was delivered. The room was large and with adequate natural lighting.

The windows were filthy and could have done with a thorough clean, as I could hardly see out of them and the lifts were temperamental.
